I've been fortunate to build a great team over the years that really shares these values.
Most businesses have a unique origin story. Well, so do we! In 2011, on a dirt lot located right next to the middle of nowhere, I started performing vehicle repairs and maintenance. I worked on fleets and for anyone willing to make the trip out to see me. I have been fortunate to continue learning, improving, and doing what I love my entire career.

I am so greatful for Long Arm. I had taken my f350 to Deranged diesel they did 2500.00 with of work. I could not get it started after the repairs! Long arm sent me a summary of everything they recommended with descriptions and photos in order of what repairs I need now and for later. They found out the other mechanics forgot to reattach my ground wire to the batteries! Fantastic customer service. They are my new mechanics now. Thank you Long Arm.

Decent work. Love that they came to my home! Car looks much better but still many flaws. Even went around with the gentleman and found areas on exterior lights that could be cleaned and a few crumbs that hadn’t been vacuumed up. My car was a disaster so like I said huge improvement but probably wouldn’t spend that much again.

More than a pleasant surprise. My vintage Mazda truck was due for an oil change, so I tried Long Arm Mechanics as they were offering a special Veterans Day service. I'm thrilled with the service I received. Neat and clean. They covered my seat, floor and steering wheel,. No greasy surprises from these guys. A ride home when their appointments were stacking up, and my truck delivered to me when finished. They did a full diagnostic check along with the lube, oil, filter service. I can not say enough great things about Long Arm Mechanics and Auto Salon!! I took them a filthy car inside, outside and the engine compartment and within hours I returned to a car that looks and smells like it just came off the new car lot. I am so impressed! I've tried many mechanics to fix what started out as a small issue. After being refereed to Levon I reluctantly called him. that was the best choice I could of made. My boyfriend took our jeep here to get the water pub replaced and we had a crack in the radiator. Almost $900 for the repairs. So happy that they fixed all the issues we were having. Overheating in 100 degree weather was a nightmare. We had to stop let it cool off for almost 30 minutes, it was literally boiling anywhere we would go. They have a nice little waiting area and a very friendly dog roamin around. The main guy was super friendly. If I have any other issues, Ill make sure to go to Levon, hes reliable.
