Prowant & Company is an independent real estate brokerage operating in Castle Rock, Colorado since 2003. The founder and managing broker, Matt Prowant, has been continually practicing real estate since his college years, and has helped numerous families achieve their dream of home, ranch or land ownership.
Matt received his start in real estate in 1996 when he worked alongside his father operating as a listing agent for multiple large acre subdivisions in Douglas County. This training helped Matt develop an understanding of the land development process, as well as the intricacies of farm and ranch real estate sales.

Matt was a very enjoyable and knowledgeable person to work with in our pursuit of finding land for us to build our home and barn on.
