Whenever I have the choice, my Buyers will close at Pitt and Frank! I feel comfortable with all the attorneys and they are great at explaining the documents to the Clients. The Buyer at my most recent closing had to close remotely, and she was guided every step of the way by Becky Robertson. Cora Taylor has also been very helpful for the legal issues I have had in the past. Thanks so much for all you do for my Clients!

I’ve closed 2 different loans (on the same day) with Pitt and Frank…both had errors that I noticed and corrected. Not a big deal - but they argued with me until they realized I was right. The 2nd time I gave up because the error was for less than $100…when they realized I was right, they cut me a check. As we were walking out, the realtor noticed his check was wrong. I guess all’s well that ends well.

I've had several closings at Pitt & Frank, both refinance and sales. Every single time, their professionalism and accuracy is impeccable. We never have a single issue that delays a closing, and they are always handled quickly. I would never choose another closing attorney office for any of my real estate transactions.

Would not recommend. Would only return calls after multiple attempts made by myself and my realtor. We had to demand to speak to a person just the call wouldn’t get passed along to the answering machine. Nearly delayed home closing due to their inability to relay information. Definitely recommend another company that provides better customer service.
