Not impressed. The owner was the most unresponsive person we have ever dealt with. The land we were going to build on, he told us it never flooded. But according to people in the neighborhood, including the pharmacy next doors manager, it floods very bad. We are still waiting on a quote we asked him for a week ago. Not that we would do business with him now.
