LOPT doesn't even deserve a half star! I called to make an appointment, the secretary was so nice and sweet until she found out I had medicaid. Then she was rude, made me jump thru hoops, said she couldn't help me until she had medicaid approval. Which medicaid had sent to them several days before along with the doctor referral form. This secretary told me she would call back when she had the approval, etc....move forward 30 days and no phone call.
I called again, the secretary was sweet and nice until she again heard of the insurance. But this time I knew she had all the approvals and referrals

Best place I have ever gone. The staff is kind, friendly, an helpful. Been here for both ACL surgeries and have loved every single minute of going to physical therapy. If I ever have to come back to physical therapy after I’m healed, I will always come back to the NE location. I enjoy the staff and the comforting environment.

I went here 5 times immediately after surgery. My first appointment was over the lunch hour apparently and wasn't seen for over 30 minutes. I rarely actually saw my therapist. They kept giving me assistants. I ended up switching and they're holding our 300$ deposit hostage even though our deductible is met. I would recommend going to advanced physical therapy or anywhere besides this place.

Was recommended to LOPT by Dr. Dugas after ACL reconstruction. Dr. Dugas did a different approach by taking part of my quad tendon from my left knee to reconstruct the ACL in the right knee. This was a fairly new method, so PT had to be done on both knees. It was a 7 month process (March - October) but I had an amazing group of PT's to work with. Mostly John, Brittany and Adrian! They were all amazing to work with and talk too. They are very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to the exercises and they gave me a bunch of tips on what to do outside of the office. Very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to heal me with strengthening exercises in a short amount of time and also gave me the tools in order to continue my recovery and return to my normal activities. It never felt like a chore going there. I always looked forward to it because they make you feel at home! Very highly recommended!
