Our client, a commercial van driver, was too tired to continue driving and pulled well over onto the shoulder of a Bakersfield freeway to rest. Unfortunately, a semi-tractor trailer followed the hazard lights on the van and collided with the back of it, causing our client injuries requiring a sub-scapular bursectomy surgery.

After searching AVVO.COM for a lawyer I found Paul Bates. I was a bit hesitant to write this review a long time ago because I thought that there could have been an issue with disclosing information. Paul is definitely someone I trust and would absolutely hire again.

Paul bates law firm team really made sure we were well taken care of. My father and I were in a car accident where there was lots of bills and insurance information to be taken care of . I got into a car accident about a year ago and after working with this office it played out really smoothly. I was able to go about my daily business without much concern and only the occasional call for important information. I got into a very bad car accident late February of this year. I am so grateful to have found Mr. Paul Bates to represent me.
