Pipeworks is an excellent company to use for whatever plumbing issues you are having! Not only are they extremely knowledgeable, but they truly want what is best for their customers. When I was in a bind, they were willing to fit me into their schedule in order to get my issue fixed in a timely manner. I can't recommend them enough.

Was on time and very friendly. We had two stopped up sinks, one each in separate bathrooms that shared the same drain in the wall. He basically added a big pile of some sort of crystals to each sink. He then took two buckets full of hot water and added it to each sink. Once the crystals dissolved in the hot water, the clog was cleared. The negative part is a 30-45 minute job cost $185.00. A bit excessive in my opinion. I'm happy the crystals worked. Who knows what the cost would have been if he had to bring the snake in. We had another drain service before for the same problem and he charged us

Beware of Price Gauging!
We've used Pipeworks in the past and have had decent experiences, but I fear they have gone the route of being misleading and greedy. It is so difficult to find a local business that is trustworthy and that you can count on for both fair pricing and great service. Pipeworks is no longer that local business. They charged $200 for the most minor of toilet repairs, that took less than 30 mins. This is was after the $50 service fee was applied. Plumbers are very skilled and provide a valuable set of services to be sure, but I was unaware until today, they charge as much

We have used Pipeworks for an extensive remodeling project at our home. They have been awesome. Very responsive and highly professional. We have been serving as our own general contractor and if every sub was as competent as Pipeworks it would be a joy to run a project like a full remodel. Thanks Pipeworks!

Technician rich was polite and quick - even early to the appt! Completed my annual plumbing inspection with my VIP service plan and made appropriate adjustments. Only "downside" was that I had called them out for a sewer/root clean out only to have them use the camera and find I didn't need it! They've had to work on it for hours in the past 2 years and now apparently we are finally ahead of the problem! Still - even paying for the price of the camera was far less than what I've paid in the past! Not a bad problem to have. Happy to be a member of their service plan!

Called with a water heater issue expecting to need a service call, and they gave me several simple things to try before they came out and i was able to fix myself. They could have made an easy service call fee and spent 2 min fixing the problem, but they didn't take advantage. Appreciate the excellent customer service and will definitely be my first call when something more significant happens. Have earned my future business.

Pipeworks has flat rate pricing so you never have to watch the clock and wonder how good/fast your plumber is. Their team is great and very knowledgeable. They are good about making proactive recommendations to avoid the "emergency" scenarios. Definitely a trusted resource for anything plumbing. I highly recommend them!!
