Andrew came out, found the gas leak, repaired it and installed a gas line for the dryer. He was friendly, on time, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Had an excellent experience with them and will use them again if the need arises.

We had a leak in both the water heater and washing machine on the same day. Andrew , the technician, was very professional, very good communication skills, did some little extra things for us. And a shout out to Madison, their customer service rep who answered our questions on the phone and set up the appointment for the next day. After contacting a couple of other plumbing companies with terrible or no response, it was Madison who sold us on using Platinum Plumbing with her professional and friendly attitude. Definitely would recommend this company based on our experience.

I called on Labor Day, thinking they wouldn't respond until the next business day. I got a text that afternoon asking if it was ok for them to call the next day because of the holiday. Throughout the whole process there was communication from the Platinum Plumbing employees. The plumber who came to the house, Collin, was able to explain what had to be done and what would happen next. I am an older person (who doesn't really like computers), but I would say this business is amazing.

These guys are the real deal. I was skeptical at first because of the absolute abundance of 5 star reviews, but they are great at what they do and deserve all the praise.
Incredibly responsive and professional at all times, they take the time to explain and answer any questions you might have. I'm very pleased with the quality of their work and the speed in which it was done as well as the fair price. There isn't even any waiting around not knowing when they'll show up, they send a text in advance and even call when they are on their way.

I would HIGHLY recommend Platinum Plumbing for ALL your plumbing needs! The technician, Andrew, did an amazing job of replacing my faulty sump pump in my crawl space. No easy task! He was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He put my mind at ease during the stress of a historic flooding event. Chris handled all communication in a prompt, professional manner. He made sure to communicate times to expect service. I cannot thank them enough for everything from start to finish. Simply outstanding!
