After graduation from Tianjin University Dental School and practicing three years at the affiliated hospital, I moved to the United States where I graduated with honors from Boston University Dental School.

Visited for the first time 1 week ago. Staff was friendly and pleasant. I need an implant for a broken tooth. I have dental insurance that will partially fund this. In my opinion they need to rethink process for providing cost estimates and financial expectations. I was presented with treatment plans and costs in excess of 6k by the receptionist as I was leaving and asked to sign treatment plans. No explanations or chance to discuss procedures and payments was provided. Then she asked for $800 + payment which I was unprepared to pay. I was offered a discount if I paid on the spot. I'm not sure how to feel. The cleaning hygienists are great. Very gentle and kind but that might be as much credit as I can give. I went there to try something new, I was told I had a cavity which I was ok with since it had been quite a while since I had one. Now I return and the following year and they tell me I have 4 news ones? I know I have read about some Dentists scamming there client's and felt I might have been one of them. I have since went to a new dentist 1 year after their diagnosis and guess what? I don't have any cavities. Someone is lying! Do not trust these people and go elsewhere

I had the most wonderful experience at this office!! I have a lot of dental concerns and I was a bit nervous to go to someone to have them addressed. I did a google search and found this office in the area that I live in. I called to see if I could see someone right away and the receptionist was great. I was able to see someone within 30 mins. No wait time upon arrival and the dental hygienist and dentist made me feel so comfortable. All costs and procedures were explained thoroughly and I was finished within an hour. I would highly recommend this dentist office and I will continue to go here for

I have had the best service at this dental office. My 8yr old son chipped his front tooth a few days before Christmas and the dentist was able to squeeze him in (for a second time) to have his tooth repaired before the holiday. Thank you so much for your help. Now I can take photos during Xmas that don't have to have his front teeth photoshopped in

Never saw x rays, never discussed health or previous dental history, which is what a normal new dentist would do if they want to attract more patients. Reception was friendly at first but when I left she was irritated. Hygienist explained what she was doing, was pleasant even though she seemed nervous around me. Dentist was polite but didn't explain everything. I used a Groupon for the exam, cleaning and x rays. I felt treated like another Groupon user taking advantage of the deal. All the Groupon reviews were stellar, which is why I bought the Groupon, only to have this sort of experience

Recently I visit American Dental Professionals, S.C. for cleaning teeth. Their office is nice and clean. The staffs are all extremely friendly and personable-more then flexible when it comes to scheduling and more then happy to explain the procedures they are doing and proposing in detail. They also offer very responsible payment plan as well. I would highly recommend them.

I recently switched dentists after the office I had been going to forever went thru corporate changes and I felt like a number rather than a valued customer. When there is constant turn over in office staff I knew it was time to change. After talking to people about their dentist I decided to make my move. Went in a couple of years ago and was told I had 3 cavities. At the time I couldn't afford the work and did not make it in for my appointment. On a recent trip to my regular dentist I told him about the cavities I thought I had and was informed that my teeth are perfectly healthy. Not one cavity. Just needed sensitive toothpaste.
