After moving around from military base to military base as a child, Shawn Howard went to high school at Douglas Byrd High when his father was stationed at Fort Bragg. He graduated in 2003. He then earned his undergraduate and law degrees at the University of North Carolina, graduating with honors. He joined the firm's Raleigh office in 2010 and became a partner in 2020, when the firm became Maginnis Howard.

My sister was involved in an accident where a car ran a traffic light and hitting her head on while she was stationary waiting for a green turn signal. Asked me to help her find a lawyer and came upon Britton law. Accident happened Saturday and by Sunday afternoon had some soreness and Monday contacted Britton Law. Asked her some questions and sister stated hadn't been to hospital but was making and appointment. At which time the associated told her that her injuries weren't sufficient enough for them to represent her. My sister was hit by another driver and she wasn't at fault, they have witnesses

Mrs Britton is absolutely one of the best attorneys in the fayetteville area. I had the pleasure of consulting with her after consulting with another firm and the advice I was given, it showed me that it's not about the money with her. She could have signed me on that day but she told I did everything myself and she was still willing to give me advice on closing MY case MYSELF no money involved. I would suggest anybody with law issues to consult with this firm first they are out to help you and did I mention the pricing is good as well.
