Your air conditioning system is broken down into 3 distinct parts. Each of which can substantially affect the efficiency of the entirety of the system. Most molds are not serious, however anyone can be hypersensitive to any strain of mold causing a malaise.
Your heat pump is a more efficient way to heat your home in the winter. Most systems use electric heat strips located in the air handler. The air handler is usually located in the attic, garage or a closet. Electric heat is not as cost effective as a heat pump. The heat pump is simple in the winter time to outside condenser captures heat from out side, as strange as that sounds its true.

Worst electrical company I have ever dealt with. They charged me $300 more than the agreed price. Now trying to sell the home and can not due to them not closing out the permit. Months later and still not done. Does not return calls. I will have to take legal matters now. They do not deserve one star. No way to rate them zero as that is what they are worth.
