The company was to change a duct for a new AC unit and I was charged for the service. During my own inspection I noticed the job was not done according to the contract and I was reimbursed for the job not done. Make sure you take pictures before and after the job as you do not know if they will do the job and you get charge for it. After two months of the new AC installation, I started to have problems with the AC unit, the company sent a tech to fix the problem. Our tech had a lot of experience withTrane systems and knew what the was doing. So i guess we paid the price for a good surgeon. But still, all their techs should be good at their jobs if they do warranty work on name brand HVAC !?

It took the tech from arriving time to leaving in his car with a check a total of 40 mns. They wanted to charge me 637 dollars and after begging for a break accepted 537 dollars, a completely outrageous sum . Needless to say i will never ever use them again. I amazes me they can keep

Airzone does not return calls. Website shows 24/7 service but there closed Saturday and Sunday. This company will not schedule appointments out past the current day making it impossible to set an appointment if you work full time. I waited 5 days to have someone just come out to see why my unit stopped working. Just before closing on the second scheduled appointment day I was told due to rain they wouldn’t be out. No other ac company agreed you can’t look at something while it sprinkles. This company is the biggest joke in the world. Thousands of complaints with the BBB and I see why. The same

This company charge me over 9000 for a new unit. 1 yesr later I am having issues with the unit. They came during a 6 month check up the guy did nothing and said the unit was fine. I called because I'm having issues with it cutting off again and the manager is rude. She made me wait the entire weekend before anyone would come out to check the unit. I regret the day I paid all this money. I could have paid 5000 and took my chances with oth with other companies. It is disgusting the way they treat you once they have their money. Super friendly until the check is cashed and the 1 year warranty is expired

This company is ridiculous! They don't follow through with service. We had air until the technician came here then it stopped working. Then they didn't do the work to get the authorization for the warranty company to approve the part. We are now with out air and I can't speak to a supervisor or owner and are left without air. This is all after my husband spoke to them at 2 and they said they were waiting on the warranty company. When in fact they had not even sent to work order to the warranty company! My experience seems to be similar to others. Home warranty sent airzone to check AC not keeping up. Tech arrived and added freon. If you need freon there is likely a leak that needs repair. No leak was investigated or fixed so I'm sure we still have the problem and it will surface again. The tech proceeded to our attic and took a picture of the duct work connecting to the air handler where it was comping apart. He gave an estimate of $850 to fix this and said it would not be warranty. We declined and I went up later to look at and fix the duct myself. This required

Stay far far away from this company. They damaged my air handler during a service visit and left it leaking all over ceiling above the garage. The damage was severe enough to soak a 15ft area of the ceiling of the garage under the unit in.
We got involved with these bozos when they came out over a year ago as a dispatch from the home warranty company to fix a minor AC issue. They sold us on a maintenance policy and told us as 'Preferred customers" we would get service whenever needed quickly and that they where a 24/7 service provider.

I just renewed my annual maintenance contract with this company. That speaks volumes about the quality of work and services provided. I have a home warranty plan that I could use for service. But, I chose to stay with Air Zone HVAC Services. I have had many incompetent service technicians service and tamper with my system. That's why I remained a loyal customer to/with Air Zone. If zero stars was an option, you know I would have clicked it! Like many on here, we were referred by our warranty company. To begin, DO NOT TRUST OR USE. They commit FRAUD. The pipes on our AC were freezing up after about 10 minutes. Kevin was our tech, he came to our home twice. The first time he came was on a Friday, I was very nice as I did not know much about AC and "he was the expert." He refilled our Freon and went up into the attic. He told me that he found "holes all over the coils," and that the ducts needed to be cleaned out. He even showed pictures of these, "

We used Air Zone as part of our home warranty claim, and the technician (Tiago) was timely (actually a bit early, which was good), he was courteous, and very friendly. He was in and out in about 10 minutes and the A/C started immediately up.
We were without A/C from Friday evening until Monday mid-day due to a 'mixup' with the home warranty company (in the Tampa heat, on the 3 hottest days of the year so far), so having Air Zone come earlier than they were contracted to, was a blessing to us!

First guy says it is the compressor. Another tech shows up days later with compressor. Test unit and states I have TOO MUCH COOLANT and releases no telling how much out into the atmosphere. Then proceeds to tell me it's the duct work
Crew is deceptive
Feel as if they cause more problems than resolve
Ongoing issues since Memorial Day. They cannot return phone calls but of course they want $$$ up front.
I also notice that they have two yelp accounts

Company referred to us by our home buyer warranty company. Technician showed up, checked out freon level, which we already knew was good and left our home without leaving any documentation or an explanation. Company then sent a text to me cancelling our appointment. Technician was rude and did not listen to our concerns. He left without informing us, the customer, about what was going on. Terrible customer service.
