I am selling a home and needed a few plumbing repairs. I prefer to work with trusted local businesses and my Realtor referred me to Jay’s Plumbing. Jay called me promptly and communication was excellent. I like the fact that he incorporates texting, calls, and emails. He sent me an initial quote for review and approval before ordering parts. He shared his availability for the week in advance and kept me informed/updated on timeline. He finished the work quickly and on schedule.
