They refused to take ownership of their inferior work. Three weeks of intense pain . The original dentist who I was his parent for over a decade. Dr. Melton pushed me onto Dr.Klemons who was verbally abusive and rough in his exam.
They both gave me a wrong diagnosis refused to take ownership of a bad cap. Much more .
I went to another dentist proved them wrong wasn't the diagnosis they gave me it was the cap

Going to the dentist always makes me anxious. The Total Dental Care team is amazing. Dr. Korn and all of the staff are friendly and caring. From the time you walk in, from the women at the front desk, to everyone you see once you go in the back. Franchesca is my personal favorite. She is always so happy and bubbly. Always makes me feel more calm. The team is very knowledgeable, very friendly and very gentle. I would recommend Total Dental 100%.

A hidden gem!!! We moved from NYC to Greenport this March and we didn't have any of our doctors nearby. We came across TDC and walked out in complete awe. Their expertise, equipment, and most importantly the staff surpassed all of our expectations. Their operation is truly remarkable, it's like watching The River Dance, they don't miss a beat. Thank you Dr. Korn, Judy, Francesca and Rachel. When we return to NYC we'll have to drive back to Mattituck for our visits.

I've been a patient at TDC since...well, a long time. I saw my chart recently and I believe that it said 2003 (17 years).
Anyway, I've had many many many examinations and procedures during those years...everything from cleanings, extractions, bridge work, cavities, implants, root canals, and crowns.
Fantastic results, reasonably priced, works with my insurance to minimize my out of pocket expenses, and pretty painless.

Total Dental Care of Mattituck is by far the best all around dental experience I’ve ever had. The ladies at the front desk were amazing. The staff were all so helpful and treated me with the upmost respect. Dr. Melton is a Top Notch dentist. I would highly recommend this place for all of you’re dental needs.

So I was referred to contact a lady Grace for a appointment. I needed a root canal ASAP. The lady Grace gets on the phone and says "we are not interested". I have never experienced someone so rude in dealing with doctors as a patientThis lady should NOT be working for medical practice that treats patients

THE WORST dental care, looks are deceiving, I wish I would have known about all the bad reviews before getting my root canal done. It has been two years since I was in the offices and I just had to get my root canal ( which I paid out of pocket) redone, found out that TOTAL DENTAL CARE only did 1/2 of my root canal, got a infection in my tooth and had to re pay for the job again- if these reviews took photos- the x-rays are shocking!!. I actually stopped going because the front desk was rude and did not know how to do their jobs of billing. This is a hack dental office and NO ONE should get any
