Choosing the right property manager is no small decision. You need a firm with the experience and know-how necessary to deliver consistent results, and that's not something you'll find with many property managers and firms in El Paso. We'll review your submission and be in touch. For every client who signs a management contract with us, we'll pay you 25% of one month's rent. Shared rent with another person who moved out. Told them over 2 months in advance I would take over the rental agreement. Took many trips to their office and calls to get things straightened out. About 1 day before other renter moved on the 1st, got an email saying I was being renewed but at 180 dollars per month more. Stating with the renewal it will cost more even though we already renewed before being here 2 years and it never increased. Stephanie is not good to deal with at all. I have been a tenant with this property management company for about 5 months and have had so many issues from the beginning. Simple repairs or requests can take over a week to be even scheduled, then you have to wait for someone to evaluate and then schedule for the actual repair. Very frustrating.

*Update! Had the home professionally inspected... they failed to mention a leak that damaged the ceiling and the floor, a broken dishwasher, a broken faucet, and countless other items. They also allowed the tenant not to pay his last month of rent and used the security deposit to cover it, so there's not even a security deposit left to fix anything. What was the purpose of paying them $200/month?

As a renter from 2019 to 2021 I can not recommend Reliant Property Management. The house we rented had not been properly inspected or maintained. They are seemingly understaffed and, in words of one of their own contractors ‘not a very professional office.’ After reporting a maintenance issue on their portal, it took, on average, two weeks to get someone out to the house. More than half the time it took me calling the office at least once to find out why the issue hadn’t been assigned to a contractor yet.

My AC has been out for 3 days and reliant has done absolutely nothing to fix the issue. Its taken me calling their answering service 3 times to even get a call from a repair company. They say they are coming on Monday; our AC went out on Thursday. Our house is currently 87 degrees and reliant hasn’t even offered a portable unit. There is absolutely no reason why it should take this long. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

As a fellow homeowner I sincerely hope you guys stay away from this company. Do not sign their contracts, one of the things on the contract allows them to make repairs and alterations with your home without your permission. Basically they can find the tiniest flaw in your house and charge $300. Before I rented out my house I spent 3 days cleaning every corner of the house and made it spotless. They did the deep clean without my permission because it’s under $300, their excuses is I left a bottle of cleaning supply in the bathroom cabinet and have to get ride of the stuff. This company does not maintain the homes, our home was uninhabitable. We contacted them multiple times over several months asking them to fix the home, it was 110+ degrees in our home and I had just had 2 major surgeries. They refused to make repairs to the windows so they would open nor would they repair the a/c. We informed them on several occasions that we would be vacating the home due to my health, they still refused to contact us or do anything to make the home habitable. They will find any way they can to take chunks of your deposit and keep it. We paid to have the place professionally cleaned upon move out. We were there, we oversaw how clean it was. It was freakin' SPOTLESS. The company (Clean Freaks in El Paso) did a wonderful and very thorough job. It was much cleaner than when we moved in! If only I could give them zero stars. If only I had read these reviews before signing a lease with them. I do not even know the individuals who wrote the comments prior but I am feeling every bit of their complaints. Relient's employees are very unreliable and unprofessional and obviously been getting away with this for years! They do not care about the tenets AT ALL, but they will climb through hell and high waters for property they manage for others. They do not communicate at all. Very unreliable. The four months we rented with them was met with very poor customer service. We had problems with them every time we communicated, including being unable to access our rental when we showed up with cars full of stuff. Don't expect your deposit to come back on time. Need some help with their people skills ASAP.

I love this management, especially compared to my last. When they took my property, they assured me that everything would be taken care of with a better estimate. This is the first team that has had somebody renew the lease.
I only gave 4 stars because I still. have an open request on installing ceiling fans. I also like to know what broke and why. Tax forms, I feel like there should come with incurred costs.

This is a horribly run border line fraudulent company! $200 to change one lock $145 to "turn on the a/c" all with no prior approval for the work. When specifically asked for an invoice prior to any work being done they will tell you "it's in the contract so we can charge you up to $300 whenever we want". If you need an honest property manager look elsewhere. This company is motivated only by taking as much money from you as possible.

This company is PURE GARBAGE!!!! They have 0 professionalism!!! We have worked with them for the past 7 days since we landed back in the US. We made them aware the we were service members traveling from South Korea and they could not care less, I've seen more interest from a pack of monkeys! I rented from this company previously. Their application process is pretty standard. However when problems arise this company stands above the rest. Last year when the rains hit in El Paso during August bad, my roof began to leak. Reliant was very quick to respond to the maintenance repair and sent out their skilled vendors to handle the repair. The quality of service and professional is unmatched. Corinna and Marcy have provided exceptional service to all my rental needs. As a tenant I definitely recommend this service.

This is one of the best experiences I have had with a Property Management company. As a realtor, I can manage property's my self, but it really a hassle. I only use Reliant for my client and personal needs, because they really handle everything well. The do the background checks, credit checks, they keep it rented manage the money, and help the tenements with their complaints and issues very professionally.
