Had lunch at Bamboo several weeks ago, the cocktails, rangoons, scallion pancakes and Pad Thai were all excellent.
Based on that experience, decided to have an after work dinner this past Wednesday.. hard to believe it was the same place.
Mai Tai's were below average at best. Rangoons and scallion pancakes were overly greasy.
Nothing very special about the "house special," fried rice. Rather plain, bland, not much in it and the smallest portion I've ever been served. Ordered cashew chicken, waiter brought out chicken and broccoli, which we sent back. The chicken with cashews

Last few reviews were interesting. I actually enjoyed this restaurant, far better than P.F. Chang, which the food is great, service was terrible. I find this restaurant a great alternative. Got the lunch special and my wife got the Sushi. Great food, clean and a good portion. Price is reasonable. Not sure what time the others went. But, I had a great lunch.

If I could give one star I would. We ordered takeout from this restaurant. They forgot to include two rolls in the bag. I called to ask for a refund and was told it would be posted the following day. I waited 2 weeks for the refund to post. Then called back and spoke with a manager who insisted I call back another day saying "it's only $18, it doesn't matter" and then HUNG UP ON ME!!! Will never go here again.

I have been seeing one star reviews and I am so shocked, bamboo is genuinely one of the best sushi places in mass. So delicious and fresh every time. I see the bad reviews about the lunch buffet which I can't speak too much on seeing as I've never been to that but speaking from a sushi and general dining stand point bamboo is an amazing place where you should definitely give your business. The sushi chef is so kind and helpful all the time. Amazing place

While I always enjoy the food at Bamboo I have to say I am very disappointed in the service I received on Sunday. I was having company and placed the order on Saturday to pickup up for Sunday and it was done online and paid for to save me time. I arrived on Sunday at the time I asked for for pick up and this man asked my name, and then he said you ordered online I said yes, he then tells me they didn't put the order in yet. He said he couldn't put it in until Sunday and I said well it's 1:30 and you opened at 11:30. I don't understand why it wasn't put in? He had no answer

My family comes here very often. There is Always something good to try in the menu. The hot and sour soup is awesome and the shumai is really good. Food is great and sushi is very fresh. My only complaint is that there is not a lot of sushi options to our taste. I would only suggest to have more roll options without tempura because there is not a lot. Will be nice to have tiger roll, California sunshine, king crab roll with lobster. Smoked salmon rolls with out out the Mayo and crumbs.

The pad thai we ordered did not have the taste of the real pad thai sauce. In fact, it did not seem to have any sauce at all. A small slice of lime and some packets of soy sauce along eith ground up peanuts does not constitute pad thai sauce. Very disappointing. In the past, the dish was better than some thai restaurants. There must be a new chef in the kitchen now.

Ordered delivery at 6:30pm. Was told it would be here within the hour. It's been 2 hours now and no food or update on when I'd get to eat dinner tonight. Was told I'd be charged if I cancelled my order. So now I'm sitting here without any dinner and if I want to order something new I get to pay for that in addition to the food that I ordered 2 hours ago that never arrived! Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Waste of time & money.

My favorite place is still takeout only, so we branched out seeking another mai tai/I mean sushi restaurant. Bamboo is a decent option, have tried a few tempura shrimp rolls that we're good, and the crispy pad thai was a great twist on the classic noodle version. Their mai tai is good, I'd rate it 4 stars compared to my favorite. But I'm giving this place a five star rating because of the effort they've made to open during this pandemic. We'll spaced tables, masks, hand sanitizer, plexiglass shields between bar seats, they have done as much as I think is possible to stay open and safe. They get

Nothing to complain about! The sushi was delicious and tasted fresh even though we showed up right before closing. They were pretty fast as well. The drinks were amazing, I love a place that has a variety of Martini's and they tasted amazing as well as were strong. This place is a gem in a hidden spot and now it's my new favorite Sushi bar! The Chinese food is amazing as well!

Great quality Chinese food with a surprisingly good buffet. Given the location tucked back behind other buildings it's a bit of a hidden gem but worth seeking out. They had a great selection of food and kept bringing fresh dishes out. Prices are very reasonable and everyone left satisfied. A great place for lunch.

This place is tucked in out of sight next to a Holiday Inn. Normally when it comes to locations like this expectations are usually pretty low but I was quite surprised at the offerings available!
Now I'm not going to lie and say that this is the best buffet I've ever been to EVERRR but it was surprising at the quality of the choices that were available.
We arrived at 11:30am (right when the place opens) and were seated promptly. The buffet opened soon after and I was able to make my way around the various offerings.
