Services
Dominique Paul Fratkin is our office manager, and the person you are most likely to talk with on the phone or in the front office. A French architect by training, Dominique can answer most of your questions and address your needs. On visits to the clinic, please do not wear perfume or cologne, which jeopardizes patients with chemical sensitivities.
We do not offer phone consultations for new patients, and except patients to live within driving distance. Payment is due at time of service. We accept check, credit card or cash. Cancellations must be made during clinic office hours at least 24 hours prior to the appointment (so that we can give the appointment to anyone on our waiting list).
Take Baseline east, past Foothills Parkway. At the end, Cherryvale, make a left. Take your first right, which again is Baseline. Go past 75th St, and take your first left at Frontage road. Take your first left, Columbia, then your first right, Ferris Way. Take S. Boulder Rd east. Go past the light at Cherryvale.

She also is in charge of our herbal pharmacy, and makes many of our custom formulas. You will discover that she is a wealth of information! Dominique is from France, where she was city architect and engineer for the city of Marseille.

I have been going to Dr. Fratkin for years now, and feel I can always rely on him to improve and support my physical state.
