All of the things you expect from a health care professional are what you will receive under Sheila's care. Friendliness, compassion, trustworthiness, and timeliness are just a few of the qualities you will be treated to at Red Aspen Wellness. I initially started treatment because of a suspected rotator cuff injury. After only three sessions, and one brilliant stick of the teres minor, my shoulder pain drastically improved and eventually vanished. More recently, I've had amazing success in treating a urinary tract infection with Chinese herbs, which saved me a very expensive visit to the urgent

In the past, I was always skeptical of the acupuncture field. I went through a pretty rough medical scare and was searching for something to supplement my doctor's care. I turned to Sheila at Red Aspen Wellness in hopes of filling in the missing relief I was searching for. She carefully listened to my needs and provided just the right treatments to give me not only an improved physical state, but also mental and spiritual. I highly recommend her services and plan on returning in the future to further supplement my traditional health care.

I suffered from endometriosis - very heavy bleeding, very intense PMS, heinous cramps - for about 12 years. Last year, Sheila had me on Chinese herbs for about 3 months for it and now my periods are so much more manageable! Way lighter flow, MUCH less cramping and I hardly know when my period's going to come because my PMS is so subtle. Not only that, but there were several times when she literally cured a yeast infection with herbs within a day. Not only THAT, but we've also had great success with neck/shoulder issues using needles. She's intuitive and gets the job done.
