CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH POSITIVE THINGS! I knew when I had a leak from my hot water heater that was installed in 2006 that I probably needed it replaced. After getting a quote of $2,400 for the same job, I was pleasantly surprised by a much lower price and MUCH better customer service from Diliberto. Prompt response, utmost professionalism, and they definitely earned a repeat customer in me.
Update: they saved me once again, I now want them to adopt me as part of their family.

We called for an estimate to repair faucet. We were told that this was a free estimate. They did come over. We decided to move forward with another plumber that had a much lower estimate. A year later we called for toilet repair with no estimate. They refused, saying we owed them money. We never received an invoice or a call with the payment request for their year old "free" estimate. We had no idea that they expecting money from us or we would have paid.

Thank you Charlie and Dan! We had a leak in our bathtub fixture and had a handyman look at. He couldn’t get the handle off and told me to call someone else! I posted on Nextdoor and called a plumber a couple people recommended, 24 hours I’m still waiting for a callback. So I called the next recommendation. Diliberto. It was Friday at noon and I was told someone would be out Monday afternoon. Thirty minutes later they called to say they could come now. They came right out and resolved the problem. Thanks guys!

My experience has been nothing short of sensational professional service from Colin, the other technicians and Wanda. Extremely responsive and transparent. They are very thorough and clean.
During one of my many home repairs I was mourning over the loss of a loved one. Out of consideration for me, no invoice was left. After a week or so I had to call them to pay my bill. Not one call from them at all. Great compassion! I highly recommend their service for any plumbing need.
