Matt has been in the home repair industry for more than 13 years. Beginning as a maintenance man at St. Mary's Villa, he worked his way up through trades to become a Master Plumber. An Ivy League-educated artist, Amanda serves as the office manager, taking care of the administrative and marketing aspects of the business.

Chris and John re-routed a large drain line that previously cut right across the middle of my basement at forehead height. They explained what options were and weren't available for the new route, and were very flexible in incorporating my input. I'm very happy with the results.

George came today to help with a gurgling sink in sync and while he was working on that also suggested a new faucet which I am very pleased with.. George gave me several options as to how to proceed with the work and did a good inspection of my sink when he started. George was very personable and talked me through what he was doing and thank and showed me how to use everything on the faucet when he was done.

This company offered good quality workmanship at an extremely high cost of over $500 /hr. In hindsight, I discovered that they have a general price list for each repair service, but they do not share pricing with you when making the $49 diagnostic appointment. Upon arrival the service person gives you a quote, then he offers a small discount. When I called the business after the service call to express my concerns for the $849 cost just to replace 2 faucets & a shut off valve, no one bothered to call back. From the start an excellent experience. Rebecca in the office responded quickly with the service scheduling. Bill came on site at the scheduled time, assessed the work, provided ideas and an estimate. Work was scheduled and performed by Bill. A last minute request for additional work was accommodated no problem. New supply lines for washing machine and utility sink installed, outdoor hose bib install. Bill’s work is excellent. Very professional organization. Will definitely use them again.

We had very mixed experiences with Plumbpro. On the one hand they installed a hot water heater and replaced some pipes with what appeared to be professional work priced fairly.
In the course of doing this work, their employee Bill noticed our gas dryer was simply vented into the crawlspace, posing a potentially hazardous situation. We were grateful for his noticing this, but from here our experience went downhill.
There were two remedies for this situation. One was to install a 20 foot vent in the crawlspace, the other was to move the dryer into a utility room and simply vent it out the adjoining

I wanted to thank PlumbPro for friendly, professional, prompt and above and beyond service! Everyone we encountered from the initial call with Kate, to the final payment was so pleasant. We had a wonderful experience during our visit with Matt over Christmas Eve, for which we appreciated his detailed and efficient service! On our first visit with Gary, I realized I didn’t have one of the parts we needed and offered to run out and grab it. He said it wasn’t necessary and evenoffered to write down the best options to get at the hardware store to simplify things and he’d come back

Just had Matt and his crew from PlumbPro over a few times to fix some plumbing issues that all seemed to happen within a month of each other. In my 60 years, I've never met a plumber who is so happy to come over and do this job. He's happy about it, works hard, smile never leaves his face and gets the job done well. I have had them out to my house twice in the last year (on 2 different issues) and couldn't have been happier with them both times. Matt has taken the time to really investigate what is going on and look at all the different possibilities before just ripping into the job. The first time he figured out the issue with the cheapest fix possible! The second time he offered me 2 solutions to the problem (with 2 price tags) and let me pick which way I wanted to go. He took the time to show me what was wrong and explain things. His prices seem very reasonable to me and the work is always done
