Services
Our capabilities range from your basic one-sided black and white copy to oversize color scanning. It's all done onsite and often while you wait. Either use one of our self-service machines or let us find the best solution. Our employees bring, on average, one of the longest tenures in the business and are all proficient in the equipment we utilize.
We have a talented team of designers and production artists on staff. They are gurus in the latest Adobe Creative Suite programs and all have years of proven layout experience. It just made sense over the years to provide design solutions along with our printing capabilities, and we've been quite fortunate to attract the creative minds that we have today.

So I had ordered these beautiful babies to be printed out for a baby shower ill be hosting . unfortunately I had to leave town for a bit and didnt get to pick up my order as expected. I went in today expecting the worst and was relieved and excited to hear my order was still safe and sound with no explanations needed. I was also given some recommendations on an upcoming order and how to save some money. To me those are clear signs on a company that actually cares about their customers. I actually look forward to doing business with them.

They are the perfect mix of corporate and mom and pop. Like a chain business the employees at Paradise are professional fast, efficient, and consistent. However, unlike corporate jobs, the employees here seem to like the place they work at. There's also a sense of community and compassion, the woman at the counter today served a smashed up, smelly, dirty homeless guy with respect and kindness, knew him by name.

I have used paradise copies for years and always leave happy. Not just happy about Davin's outstanding graphic design or the ease of printing documents, but I actually feel happy when I leave! The decor is fun, the seating is comfortable, the garden is gorgeous and the holiday decor is always outstanding! Most of all, the entire staff is friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Thanks for making daunting projects and annoying paperwork feel less awful!

I sent in a file for a poster I wanted printed last night. I called this morning and they were able to proof it before the afternoon. I came in to see the proof and they had two versions. One of them liked great, and I told them I liked it. The were able to make copies in minutes! Great information and customer service. I've had things printed there before and they've always been great.

The folks here are pros. I had some work-related stuff to do like signing and scanning contracts as well as downloading them off the internet and since I was away from home I needed to find a place that could help me do that. Paradise Copies came to the rescue. The people here are very friendly and helpful as well.

Hard to decide the number of stars because I haven't actually used them . . . not because I didn't try but because I submitted files for printed booklets for my classes - twice, no response when I sent the request. Okay, maybe the file was too big. I was in a rush so went elsewhere. Then I sent a file to get some business cards printed - no response, called and was told to send via We-Transfer. Did it and got a confirmation from We-Transfer that the file had transferred to Paradise. A week later with no response I called again, "we looked and it isn't there". No apology

Thank you paradise copies for always creating such high-quality print jobs. The design work that paradise copies hoppers is extraordinary, really the best of the valley. They ensure that the customer is happy with their work by sending email proofs in a timely manner. The environment is welcoming and lively. They charged me 10 DOLLARS to print ONE PAGE and have TWO PAGES scanned and emailed!!!
...that's absolutely absurd. I have no idea why it would have cost this much. Also, the blonde girl who waited on me was SO RUDE! She told me I had asked for copies when I said scanned. I apologized and said I had thought I had specified scanned and she multiple times corrected me and told me I was wrong and said "they're two different things". Lady, I worked at a literary press, I know the difference between scanning and printing

I had such a great experience at Paradise Copies. I came here on Christmas Eve, wanting to get prints of a portrait I had drawn of my nephew as gifts for family members. Of course I waited till the last minute, but these guys took care of me right away. Unlike most of the reviews I've read on here, the customer service was amazing. He answered all of my questions (with no eye-rolling or disdainful looks) and worked with me while I tried to fit the prints in my frame. The quality was great and the pricing was wicked affordable. Faxing. It's plain and simple. I don't think they can mess it up for you. You fill out a cover sheet. You hand the staff person your papers to fax. They fax. You pay. The end.
The staff have always been friendly. Perhaps I have gone on off-hours but I have never had to wait super long, fairly empty actually. There's a little kiddie area. There's also access to computers for the internetz.
It's slightly far removed from the downtown area (but also walkable from downtown) and it should be pretty easy to find parking. There's a parking lot in front of Paradise and

THIS PLACE SUCKS.
The staff is rude and unenthusiastic. The services are overpriced. I asked for some blank sheets of paper today, and they all ran around freaking out because they didn't know whether they were allowed to sell blank sheets of paper. A roll of paper the same dimensions that I asked for at Paradise was ten bucks at Guild, so I decided to just get two sheets (instead of a whole roll) because it would be cheaper. They were asking eleven dollars for two 36" by 48" sheets of paper. ELEVEN DOLLARS.
Just go up to Smith and use their facilities; it's cheaper
