I didn't have a great experience here. Diagnosed by a DR with a heel spur which was causing extreme pain. Was placed in an immobilization boot by the doctor for 2 weeks prior to starting physical therapy here. I was walking without a boot with minimal pain when I started PT. I went to this location 3 separate times and saw 3 different therapists. Was told multiple times it's because they are "understaffed". The 3rd therapist that I saw attempted to apply cross friction massage to the location of my heel spur which caused extreme pain. She then proceeded to suggest that I try "dry needling" to help

Getting hurt is easy... the recovery process is an elaborate, extensive, and often painful experience. However, you will not find that here. I am beyond pleased with the kindness and support offered through Functional Performance!!! Every step of my journey has been amazing, from the front desk to the sessions with various physical therapists. Every session I leave feeling stronger, and ready to take on more challenges. I highly recommend to anyone in need of knowledgeable staff who are good at their craft!!!
