They will prescribe you something off label, and even when your insurance refuses to cover it because you're not taking it for what it's prescribed for, they don't care
If you're a younger guy with low testosterone issues don't even bother. They'll keep you on a roller coaster of crappy feelings and emotional distress for years, but never actually address your symptoms. If you have almost every symptom of low T, it doesn't matter a single bit as long as your numbers are "good" on paper.
I was told I could change treatments once my wife and I had another

Yesterday was my first time at this HealthCare Express. All were very professional and personable with me. This is my kind of place. My conditions were discussed and their comments were very logical and reasonable. There were a few people ahead of me so I had to wait a bit but prompt service was given to each one. I am glad I visited.

I don’t usually take time to leave reviews but I felt I had to after my last visit. The ladies in this office are the best medical professionals I’ve ever had the pleasure of seeing. My visit began promptly on time and I was greeted by a courteous young woman who’s demeanor set me at ease immediately. Then, my provider D. McCrary was as thorough in her explanation of my situation as I could have asked for. The best part is that it’s been several weeks now and her treatment regiment has me feeling as good as I’ve felt in 15 years! I highly recommend this office and the staff at Health

Dr. Platt is a great doctor and a great person. His staff is horrible. I have had many, many, issues with his staff not being able to get a prescription sent to the pharmacy among other issues. These women are rude and very, very incompetent. Sad that such a great doctor has such a horrible staff. Many people told me about the staff before I ever went to Dr. Platt. Hate to leave such a great doctor, but more than likely will.

Went here for botox for the first time. Was able to easily schedule an appointment for the next day. Dana was so wonderful. She took me back on time and was very knowledgeable and clearly experienced. She took time to go over my medical history and thoroughly explain the procedure and answer all my questions. It was quick and painless. Overall I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Most importantly, I was extremely happy with the results and will definitely go back! Highly recommend botox and having it done here by Dana!

Dr. Platt is the greatest Doctor ever. My wife and I love him. We just moved to Dallas and still drive to Texarkana to see him. He is worth the drive. Sunny at the front desk is so much fun and helpful. I love going there and seeing everyone. I have never felt better in my life. Everyone should make an appointment with Dr. Platt, it is life changing. I love how he takes time with you and genuinely cares about you.

I work at HealthCare Express and will not be going back due to the way the lady (Sunny) at the front desk talked and acted towards me. I like Dr. Platt and all the other staff. I am a person and the front desk lady had no reason to talk to me like that, if that is how she treats a fellow co-worker how does she treat others.
