HealthCARE Express is now implementing virtual visits, so you can be seen from anywhere that has access to the internet at home or using cellular coverage! Simply use your smartphone, tablet, or computer with a webcam to utilize this off-site service. First, install any apps that are needed to perform your visit.

The allergy test is not painful. A multiple headed percutaneous test devise gently pricks or abrades the skin's surface. After the test is performed, it takes about 15 minutes to develop. A positive test will appear as a raised, red bump on the skin, similar to a mosquito bite.
The test takes approximately 30 minutes to administer and 15 minutes to register the results - so you don't have to wait long to learn the possible cause of your allergies.Adults and children over the age of two years can be tested for allergies.

I come here all the time cause their open the longest out of everyone but I went here on a Sunday at 5pm and they close at 8pm they told me they can't see me because of the long waiting list and times to see patients. I told them ma'am there is only 4 people waiting in the lobby and y'all have 3 hours til close, I just have a ear infection it's not like I need a x-ray.

I came in today because I'm sick and had been around several people with covid in the last 5 days. I waited a long time but they were alot of people ahead if me. This is a Sunday. Most others are closed. When I got my turn I was taken back with apologies about the wait. They were swift and professional. I got a covid and flu tests. No covid but have both A&B flush. Got my prescriptions called in and apologies again for the wait. I was very pleased with the service and the time. I'm sure I would have went through 8 hrs at the hospital like I did last time. A couple hours and 16 people ahead of me

I choose HealthCARE Express on Richmond Rd over any other facility in Texarkana because of the efficient and effective care I've ALWAYS received upon coming here as a patient.
The Staff, from the receptionist to the nurses and NP, are always kind, informative and take their time to answer each question as well as addressing each concern I present to them.

I am an OTR truck driver. I can not always get home as I am a FL resident. I am having a RA flare. Aggravated, in pain for soooo many weeks my husband decides we would just stop. I went in, what an amazing facility it was clean and beautiful. I stepped to the counter. I’d say my level of pain is a 10!!! I had to wait for the beautiful lady to count her personal money and place it into her wallet. After taking care of her personal business ( I hear her name was Leah) I was asked for my license, and insurance (if I was insured). I was given a stack of paperwork. I've been to this clinic on multiple occasions, in my opinion they are the fastest clinic in the Texarkana area. Today I had an appointment at 6pm, I had lab work done, and in addition to my appointment I also brought my son with me as a walk-in! We were both seen and out by 6:40. The nurses and doctors are always kind. Thank you all for all the hard work and care you all put in on a daily basis!

I took my 15 month old in to have splinters removed from his foot at 9am and they were pretty busy. We were in the waiting room for an hour and 15 minutes before being brought into a room. Once we were in the room we waited while I attempted to entertain my toddler, who was still in pain, and by the time we had waited 45 minutes no one had came in to assist. At this point my toddler was tired, hungry, and unwilling to patiently wait any longer, so we left. As we were leaving there was an empty exam room with 3 nurses sitting a laughing and chitchatting away!! Highly irritating to see after waiting

I went two days ago because I had severe bleeding from my ear and wasn't sure what happened. The nurse that saw me was more than nice and very personable. I believe she is the one who helped me on my previous visit.
The Doctor that I dealt with acted like it was no big deal and said it was a ruptured eardrum and that they would refer me to an ENT probably next week. He then walked out of the room and honestly didn't explain much other than saying it should heal in 2-3 weeks.

HealthCARE Express is a great place to go for any minor medical emergency or sick visits. I went as a walk-in and was seen in a timely manner. The staff was kind and the nurse practitioner was so much fun to talk with. She gave me a treatment that helped lessen my covid symptoms. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Paid in FULL for stitches at the time of service, for the amount they quoted us for FULL payment at the time. Within a couple of weeks, Health Care Express filed on our insurance! When we called they said it was a mistake and we were paid in full. Then we began to get bills. Called again. They said the same thing-- we were paid up, it was a mistake and they would make a note in our file. Now we have been turned over to a collection agency for a bill we paid AT THE TIME WE WERE THERE. Apparently they just think they can harass clients into paying extra. Be warned!!!

I went in on Sunday and it was my first time at the clinic. Receptionist was very helpful and wait was less than 5 minutes. Nurse was superb. Doctor was very thorough and had x-rays done in clinic. Got diagnosis, shot and 4 meds and was out in no time. Only paid $25 copay. Great experience! They even called me later to see how I was feeling.

When we first walked in I was a little bit apprehensive? Because of the construction that was being done on the building. The lady at the front desk although not overly friendly wasn't overly rude. However when I took my sick six-year-old son and we met with the nurse we were surprised at how sweet and caring she was and how she wanted to make sure that my son felt comfortable.
