Very disappointed with my order. Not only is it taking almost 2 weeks to deliver, but the woman kept thinking I initially had a gold band and kept trying to get me to pay more money before realizing I had selected Silver only after I pointed it out. Unprofessional and no compensation offered at all for the mistake and the extremely delayed delivery time...which I am still waiting for.
**I raised them a star because though I'm still disappointed with all mentioned prior, at least the ring came and was very nice**
