Great collection of jewelry. I was at the Galleria mall and decided to go inside to De Beers to look around at their collection. I had a great experience. The salesman Jay Lee. is professional, courteous and very knowledgeable of their products. I highly recommend going to De Beers for your next jewelry, and definitely ask for Jay.

If you want to get drunk on De Alcohol, then go to De Pub and order De Beers.
You can't get drunk on jewelry, but you can easily go broke from it so it's similar.
Cute little jewelry store which is pretty expensive located in the excellent and massive and enormous and hard to get to Houston Galleria.
If you're browsing around this mall and looking for some cool jewelry on the high end of the scale then this is a good stop for it. Just expect to pay Mall jewelry prices which are anything but cheap. In fact they're just pretty expensive to be honest with you.

The service at this location of De Beers is second to none. I would highly recommend them. I do not know the gentleman's name who assisted me but he went above and beyond to get my rings cleaned given the extenuating circumstance is of my visit. And I was as expected they are just as beautiful as ever-thank you so much for your kind and compassionate service!

DIAMONDS. Straight from the supplier. No, this is not an outlet. This is De Beers. This company is the dominant force in the diamond industry. That whole "a diamond is forever" campaign goes back to 1947 and the company behind it is also behind the expectation that any newly affianced gal will be wearing a diamond on her hand. Yes, these folks have engaged in social conditioning on a level you will not believe. BUT I digress...when you come into this store, you are beholding the best. Been here several times over the last few months. Work with John if you go!! He's the kindest and most knowledgeble diamond expert. Very attentive and will address any questions/concerns. My fiance got my engagement ring from here and it definitely would not have happened with out John! He made my fiance feel comfortable by educating him on diamonds and went over all the different setting options. He also made us look at wedding bands w/the ering I picked out to make sure I liked the way it looked together.

I hate bad customer service. A lot. And I hate being treated poorly because of age/ethnicity/supposed-socio-economic-status. I hate it. With a passion. And somehow I took great delight in being treated like a criminal at De Beers because I knew that I could vent on Yelp and warn all you people away from this awful store.
I love nice things. Mostly to look, but we also love to splurge. My husband works right across from De Beers and when it opened last week he was really, really excited to see some of their unique and beautiful pieces. We've been hunting for a pretty earth tone diamond
