BEWARE** Don’t try to stay here to support a local community business… which was my intent. “The Front Desk Manager, “ Brandon, has zero customer service nor conflict resolution skills. I booked the room 1 hour before arriving in hotels.com to learn only after booking that the Manor Inn was in fact, “pet friendly,” but only with a $40 pet fee that was not communicated until the confirmation email AFTER booking. He refused to cancel the booking, even after receiving a call from a hotels.com agent trying to get resolve, siting that “I hadn’t given 24-hour notice,” despite only booking

The room have a old odd smell to it. Lighting in the room is awful. Shower 🚿 was a strong shower head. It felt like a jet/ pressure washer. It was just unpleasant. They don't have signs that says do not disturb to put outside the door. Breakfast cereal or bread options. Waffles and bagels, funny part I couldn't find regular bread for the jelly. No eggs bacon sausage or fruit.
Housekeeping was really nice.

Dirty, smells like 20 years of stale smoke and potpourri. The mattress sinks to the middle. The pillows are rocks. The hot tub was half full of brown water. They made us sign a paper saying we would not engage in illegal activities. The reviews I read were decent. They must be FAKE!!!! Plan ahead and get something fancy like La Quinta (LOL!!!)

I stayed in a 2 beds room standard for 7 days.
My stay was Awesome.
The staff was always in a good mood and smilling and available.
The room was cleaned and lost of space I have found there, it was also very quiet and there are lost of things to do in the neighbourhood.
Please go on this way, I'll pick this hotel for sure

The first room we got was stinky with a smell mix with mold, smoke, and dogs. We switched to the second room, which smelt better, but there was a cockroach. The bathroom was clean, but the light was out. It was okay with the price, but I won't go back.

Horrible experience. Not only did the room smell like an old cantina, but that stench stuck to our clothing and luggage. The room was nothing like the photos on the website. They were badly maintained and everything was noticeably dirty. The clients utilizing this hotel clearly use it to do drugs and party hard. We were being broken into our room via the door that joins the rooms together while sleeping. Honestly stay away, especially if you have kids or health issues.

For a whole in the wall hotel, it was not too bad. They had very nice staff. Came a fixed whatever we needed and the pool was open. Which we needed after a hot day in the sun. The only down side was no breakfast but understandable with people still taking precautions with covid. But still a good stay to lay our heads down. The owner and staff are doing a great job. Thank you for a good stay.

This inn is great if your expectations are low. There's very little seating for the continental breakfast, though the quality of the breakfast itself is decent. They have bacon, eggs, biscuits, bagels, muffins, and waffles, though the waffles are sub par. Their coffee is drinkable though, so that's a plus. As for the rooms, the towels are very scratchy, like they need replacing, and the bed and pillows are below average. The water pressure is actually impressive, although the toilets take forever to flush. The staff is friendly and helpful and came in when we called late at night to fix

Walls covered in who knows what dripping down the walls in the bathroom. Blood in sheets not from my party then they called my new room at 12:07 to tell me to check out then proceeded to Fight with me at check out. Over priced. Worse than Philippines hotels. Asked to speak with gm. She was at lunch and then never called after was told she would be in from 8-5 that day.

I review places for a living and biohazard and attitude with a price tag to meet Galveston seawall. There's a problem. If you stay here. You will probably get sick. Enjoy your Texas shaped death

Checked in, everything went smooth. Shared a room with another person so one person would pay for one night, I would pay for the other.

Charged me for both nights. When I went in to speak to the gentleman about the issue I got "well it's not a problem" but it is. Everything else was good. But having money pulled from my account, then telling me "it's not a problem" doesn't make me want to come back.

Check in was easy. Parking was good. That's where good ended. Room was dirty. Stains everywhere: on the bed sheets, walls, look liked tooth paste in the shower, food including fruit and milk in the frig. Furniture was broken. Water damage on ceiling and walls. I sat on the bed and started itching uncontrollably - absolutely abnormal. But the real deal breaker was the roach that came and stared at me in the bathroom. We cancelled rest of our reservation and left after one night.

This has to be the worst place that I have ever stayed at in my entire life. The lamp did not turn on, there was only one working plug to charge electronics, I killed a roach, and the plug from the hair dryer was broken. They did offer to discount us $40 off of our $218 night.

My friends and I have been here for bout a week now and the stay so far has been good. I have no complaints and neither do my friends. The rooms are clean and nice. The staff is nice and helpful. There's a variety of breakfast included and its good. Its also in a very convenient location around shopping areas and food places. I would definitely recommend it.

The only thing that's decent was the lobby
I asked for a non smoking room and my room 109 was smelly we couldn't get the freaking cigarette smell out..
Also we got dirty white towels they had red and yellow stains
But the worst thing was the sofa bed the mattress underneath has a huge pee stain..
And when we told them about it they only thing they said was ... we will take care of the it sorry
So I guess that the next guest will get a clean room... mean while we get screwed

We stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of March and it was less than $60 a night for a king, which is a great rate! Our usual place was undergoing repairs, so this place allowed me to make somewhat last minute reservations, which I appreciated.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel overall, but since I only spent $188.07, I have to keep that in mind while rating. I think we are all willing to deal with minor inconveniences when we aren't paying very much.

Something they need to work on is training their staff. The first time I called, the person was extremely helpful, thoughtful

I purchased and paid for two nights, a Friday and a Saturday, at Manor Inn through Groupon. Because I was unable to get there on Friday, but needed the room early the next morning, I called in to check in via phone, so that i might come early the next morning and drop off my luggage before attending nearby football game. They seemed accommodating. I was told I would have a room key waiting at the desk when I arrived. i had no issue paying for two days.

On Saturday morning I found and that my roomhad been released as a "no show" . They agreed that the mistake was theirs, as the clerk

I only give out a 1-star review under the rarest of circumstances, but I feel like I have no choice after this weekend's dilemma. We checked in late after a football game, and my daughter was horrified when she went to use the bathroom to discover a USED CONDOM in the toilet. When I called the front desk to ask them to send someone up to get it out with some gloves, the receptionist sounded unphased, like it might be a common occurrence. The person picking it up was apologetic, but that's about as far as it went.

The pool is disgusting. They have a "pool closed" sign on the

I would have given the Manor Inn three stars -- until the front desk and the manager provided the worst customer service I can recall.

My wife and I stayed at the Manor Inn three nights March 9-12. Housekeeping was spotty. We never got clean towels. One day we got no housekeeping at all.

The day we left, I called to see if we left a USB wall charger in the outlet. Without offering to check, the desk clerk launched a non-stop harangue that we had to send a prepaid mailer to have it returned. Her rant took me aback. I asked her name. It took at least ten attempts to break through. She finally

At best a one star. We arrived around 1:20pm and they were adamant that we could not check in until 3 pm. This place is not booked solid. Most places have a room by 1. We also prepaid. We came back exactly at 3 and they gave us our room. Walked in and room is a little mustiness. Place is dated. Bed is slightly comfortable. I've had worse. All the outlets have something plugged into them. Wires are showing everywhere. Went out for dinner and came back to watch some tv. Turned the LG on and all we get is snow. I played with it for 15 minutes. Great. Too late for tv maintenance

OK, listen to me and thank me later. I have NEVER been in a better hotel for the money. Yes it's a outside-door type hotel and it doesn't like much from the outside. But the room as as good as any you'll find at double the price. They are clean and quite and beds are comfortable and shower great, with mini-fridge and microwave. Cable and wifi and a pretty darned good breakfast. On days other that Friday or Saurday, I've gotten a double for as little as $45 and normally under $60. I f you're looking for good priced clean comfortable place to sleep, Manor House is it..

My wife and I had a horribly unsettling stay. We showed up Friday evening to check in, no problem. They gave us our room keys and we proceeded to our room. The front desk attendant met us at the room where we were supposed to be staying in. It turned out to be the wrong room number. She went back to the office and brought back our room cards for another room. I understand things happen, so it didn't bother me at first.

Saturday morning, we woke up and ran errands. When we arrived back to our room to get ready for the evening, our room cards wouldn't work. We went to the office and they

I found the pricing to be borderline unethical. it's a decently clean place, certainly not new or modern. To me (and i travel somewhat) it's a $70-$80 motel or Inn.

If you should go here when there is a A & M home football game, the price gets tripled.

i'm all for supply and demand, but $200 a night for this place is just too much anytime and to charge it "cause you can" is how you get one star on yelp for reviews.

Might have helped if Aggie's had won, but all this money and they lost the game too.

p.s.
i had forgotten my key to my room and the maid was
