The Product Protection Plan is an optional product we offer in exchange for a fee on many purchased items that allows you to return an item for up to 6 months from purchase. In order to be returned or exchanged, a covered item must be in the same condition in which it was purchased and all accessories present at the time of purchase must be present at the time of the return or exchange.

While I was in the store today one of the employees thought it was appropriate to embarrass a customer in front of people. Hes an older man with a beard. Even if he was mad or having a bad day you don't talk to people that way. I went somewhere else to do business. I felt bad for the lady he was yelling at over prices.

I’ve been here multiple times and it’s never a positive experience. Some of the employees are really rude. Yesterday I got treated badly again. This woman was looking for any excuse not to buy my item. They also had zero customers in the store and it’s probably due to poor customer service! If you need extra cash just put it on fb marketplace it’s way better than dealing with these jerks!

I don't think that I should have had to give up the extra insurance that I bought for the phone when it was your employee who advised me that the phone would work with my network which is what made me purchase it because I would not have gotten it otherwise, when I took his advice. I am glad that the store manager is the one who gave me everything but that but since I've left the store I thought about it and I don't think that's right I think I should have gotten all the money back. Not good business.
