Critical: Professionalism
Lorna is extremely rude. I updated my policy and they were unable to ensure my mortgage company received the correct paperwork thus causing my mortgage payment to increase. They initially refused to transfer me to management. I will be cancelling and leaving BBB complaint regarding this business.

I love that the house, the cars and everything else can be bundled together at a great price and for excellent value. When I had a cracked windshield from a stone bouncing out of the truck ahead of me, a call and quick service and repair had me on the road again safely. My husband and I moved 2 hours away from our original home 6 years ago. We kept our same insurance and service continues to be great. We've referred friends to this company and they too have had good things to say as well.
