Services
Our professional team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come to the hospital immediately. If possible it is best to call before coming in so that we can make sure a doctor is available immediately.
In your search for a veterinary facility, we believe you should expect high quality care as well as great service. Our goal has been to assemble a veterinary health care team committed to providing exceptional client service and veterinary health care. Our commitment to you is to continue to offer our world class service and a state of the art veterinary facility.
1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill first time clients and prefer full payment for all patients. All credit cards must be presented and signed by the owner of the card. Another popular option for your family and pet is insurance coverage.
Your pet has reached a milestone at around the 7th birthday and considered to be of 'senior' status. In fact, most pets need to be examined more closely each year once they become seniors. Has your pet become a senior yet? Using your pet's actual age and weight, look on the chart below to see what his or her human years are.
What is wellness testing? Wellness testing is the term given to a group of tests that are performed specifically to detect signs of early disease in a pet that is apparently healthy. The results are kept as part of the pet's medical record and may be very useful in the future as a comparison should tests need to be repeated.

I have multiple cats, every time I go in there. The staff greets me, makes me feel welcomed. Always professional. The doctor impresses me, I'm one of those that looks it up online and then makes the appointment. And he teaches me something every time I go in there. Prices are reasonable without a shadow of a doubt. I've done my research on that one too

The vet here is a saint! Amazing with my little dog. The man is so kind and friendly. Just awesome with the animals I've seen brought in. More than reasonable when it comes to pricing. In some cases he will educate the owner on tips and tricks to do continued care for your furry friend between visits. So if you need a vet and want one that really knows what your pet needs even more than you do stop in on route 60 in Fredonia NY and see the vet that saved my best friend!!
