The vet is a solid guy and his skills are very good. The only problem is first come first serve. When you are signed in and someone who comes in an hour and 13 minutes later followed by 2 more that are seen ahead of you that's where I draw the line as a paying customer. It's too much of a waste of your time when u go to the vet and feel like you are at the DMV circa 1995. Like I said I wouldn't take anything from the vets skills though. He is friendly and knowledgeable but man u wanna throw like 4 of 24 out the window go for it!

My Mother and I were referred to Eden Veterinary Cliinic, PLLC years back due to our vet being away on maternity leave. My Mother's cat suffered a leg injury and Eden Veterinary Clinic said no appointment was necessary and to bring the cat in that day. Dr. Tarrido treated the cat that day and the follow up visit two weeks later. We have never met such a nice person in Dr. Tarrido. He is on top of his game from explaining the injury, how to treat it, and even a follow up phone call before the return visit to see how the cat was feeling. He's very funny, too! The whole staff is great...very accommodating

First of all the play sure has changed a lot since Dr. Hall retired it's turning out seem like they're kind people doing a good job of taking care of your pet. Unfortunately now I must admit my dog needs three teeth pulled in the bottom of his mouth so my first initial appointment I got a price quote of $500 and they told me that that includes the first three teeth to be polled and it could go as much as $2000.I thought that sounded pretty reasonable so I agreed I made my appointment and on the day of surgery,I brought my dog up and they gave me a new estimate.All of a sudden the new

I used to not mind this vet, close to home and wait was a max of 30 minutes (they don't take appointments and are a walk in clinic). Since Covid, the wait has increased to sometimes as long as 4 hours. I haven't waited less than 2.5 hours. While this is understandable due to the pandemic, they should've adjusted their policies to appointments due to the higher demand and less rooms to work in. The staff are rude about people that say anything about the wait, which I'm sure is due to people saying things constantly. But if that's the case... shouldn't the practice have

Beyond disappointed with Eden Vet Clinic. We have been bringing our 14yr old German Shorthaired Pointer here for years. Today we had to make the tough decision to have him put down and figured his vet should be the one to do it. You would think that special circumstances like this would justify being able to schedule an appointment... guess not. When we arrived we were told that there were 21 patients ahead of us and we would be better off coming back later. After bringing our dog back home it really hit us on how incredibly unprofessional that experience was. We're now waiting until Eden Vet Clinic

We rescue our pets based on their needs.. We adopt an older pet who needs a home or a pet with a medical condition that others may avoid.
We need a vet who doesn't require an appointment. Or who doesn't charge over $100 just to walk in the door with emergency hours.
Eden Veterinary has been that place to turn to.

I am extremely disappointed in this clinic. My family and I have been coming to this vet for over 10 years with various pets we have had. We have had always had a great experience except for today. I brought my two dogs in one for shots and the other for medical concerns. When I checked in my dogs are under my sister's name because she brought them their first for their initial visit which has never been an issue in the past. They told me they could not see my dogs until they hear from my sister that the dogs are with me. I am like are you serious this has never been a problem before considering

Now to make matters worse, I took my dog with the medical issues to another vet and found out the vet at Eden Vet was overdosing my dog with one of the medications! She prescribed her 1000mg of a drug that she should only have been taking 250mg of! She is only a 14 pound dog! I asked the doctor back when this was occurring if this dosage was incorrect because it seemed too high and she assured me it was correct. Clearly not and this is extremely negligent! So sickened by this place

Went there yesterday to get nails clipped and $300 later we walked out. The Dr has no bed side manner at all and the charge for everything. The pulled a tooth and asked me if I wanted it, of course I said no so he tossed it in garbage and when I looked at my bill they changed me $3.50 to dispose of the tooth. I'll never be going back to this vet. No personally and over charges.

Very nice place. Did not rush us, answered questions, took us in the same day we called, no wait once there, super friendly, and understoond that not everyone can afford a small fortune for vet care. They even gave my cat a bag of treats to take home. They were very gentle with him and everyone there was professional and welcoming. Highly recommend them.
