Staff is very friendly and accommodating. They advise you of the charge for each procedure/lab work etc beforehand and try to keep the cost for your visit low.
But most importantly, they provide your pet with excellent care. The vets actually get down in the floor with their patients and thoroughly examine them.
It is obvious that the staff at Fayetteville Veterinary Hospital are there because they genuinely care about animals and love what they do.

I just can’t believe how lucky we are to have such wonderful vets in our small community. Today, for the first time, we had to put one of our family down. It’s easy to sing praises when things go the way you want them to, not so much when they don’t. Even in the face of the decision no one wants to make these guys are nothing less than amazing. They went so far above and beyond to take care of our barn kitten Penn (Or Little Britches, or Owl Snacks, or Stir Fry - depending on who you ask). They guided us through his illness in such a genuine way that when the time did come, we felt at ease

They are absolutely amazing. My 12 year old dog had been having seizures, so I took him in. Dr.Bucks was wonderful with him. She found heart disease,and so many other issues, she treated him for everything she possibly could, and gave me another month with him. They made having to say goodbye to my most and best loyal friend as easy on him and I both. They are kind, courteous, professional, do reasonably priced, they went out of their way and I cannot say enough good things about them. I will never use another veterinary but them. They really care about the animals they care for. And the nurses

AMAZING VET! I wish I could take them home with me! Everyone there was great and Dr. Matthew was amazing! Me and my friend are not from WV and found a stray dog that has been wondering the streets for months. The nurse and doctor were both amazing! And were very honest. This was not a vet that just wanted your money they are genuinely there for the animals! They are not very expensive either! Dr. Matthew was very patient with us considering I had a lot of questions and he had a lot of information to give me. He would not leave till he told me everything we needed to know and on top of all his information

ПAbsolutely amazing, caring, understanding. Love them, wouldn't take our fur babies anywhere else. They saved our two 6 month old puppies that was very very sick when we took them in & kept us updated multiple times daily. My daughter was devastated over her babies having to stay & they were in puppy ICU(so we couldn't go visit/check on them & the amazing caring compassionate staff offered & sent pics🐾

I absolutely love the Fayetteville Vet! The staff is always friendly & helpful; they're all wonderful with my babies. I have been going to them for a few years now & they have helped me through some very rough times. We had to put down 2 of our cats & our 18 year old dog. Matt & Katie were both very compassionate & gave us all the advice & help that they could. I trust them with all of my pets' care & know that I can call them anytime with questions.
