Sent me some medicine that had sevier side effects that of course they didn't tell me about , they called me and said that my insurance had them call to see if i needed any medicine that was a lie , my doctor and insurance never called them , I never used the medicine because i read every side effect before i use it

The big black chubby girl who's always there is very unprofessional. She talks about her personal issues in front of the customers as she gossips on her cell phone and she also stated how she would raise up the medication prices if you get an attitude with her. She must be young or just stupid to tell a customer something like that . Fire her ASAP!!! She doesn't include the discount cards either that the clinic gives the customers.

I was very disappointed. We brought a prescription for a compound. First they said we didn't give them insurance for prescriptions, which we had (the rx info is literally on the medical card). They then had us wait for 20 minutes only to tell us that they wouldn't fill the prescription. When we asked why, they claimed because the insurance would not cover it. We asked the cash price and the pharmacist literally pulled a ridiculous number off the top of her head. We went back to the Doctor to change the prescription to something I could get at a normal pharmacy. It was only for magic mouthwash,
