Doug came to do a service call this winter when our furnace wouldn't turn on...quickly located the fact that our kids had gotten pieces of paper into the vents which had found their way to the filter. When the furnace wouldn't turn on for an unrelated reason the next week and we called the home office, Doug personally called us back and was able to troubleshoot the issue over the phone for us. Great service and courtesy.

The first cold streak of the year, and my furnace stopped working early on a Sunday morning. I have a toddler and a newborn in the house, so getting this repaired was very important to me.
I called Kettle Moraine Heating and Air, and within an HOUR, Matt F. was at my house fixing my furnace. Matt was great! As soon as he walked in, he reassured my entire family that he would get our heat back up and running. He even gave my 2 year old son a high five and told him he'll get it fixed just for him. Scheduling was efficient and within a reasonable amount of time for a checkup on furnace prior to winter. Luke arrived on time, with prior notification to us he was on the way. Answered all questions, explained various aspects of monitor/control system, replaced filter (which I had done twice since we bought house September 2020, but was best to be prepared), and we learned previous owners had not had maintenance in five years, when system was installed. I asked about central humidifier, including questions about pros/cons; Luke answered, and did not push a sale. We decided to have one installed

Recently used Kettle Moraine Heating and Air to replace our central air and furnace. We had a power surge at our home due to a limb snapping a power line. We energies subcontractor was out cleaning up after an August storm and unfortunately a limb fell , snapped a line and caused a power surge. This wiped out our heating and air units. The great team at KM Heating and Air walked me through the whole process and helped us pick out the right heating and air units for our home. They are very professional , honest and not pushy like some other companies. We really appreciated the transparency.

Luke was an incredible consultant and technician that we had the opportunity to work with. He provided us with a ton of knowledge to help us to make the best next decision with our older HVAC unit. Jim was fantastic! He was so professional and courteous. He was here for two hours and did EVERYTHING he could to try to fix our air conditioner. In the end it just wasn’t fixable. He went over ALL our options for a new one. He explained everything and the differences between all the options. In my book he is a superstar!! I would highly recommend Kettle Moraine Heating and Air Conditioning.

Our A/C went out so we called Kettle Moraine Heating and A/C. Call went in at 7:12pm, tech called back in 10 min and by 8:23 my service was restored. Jake was very polite and educated us on our system with no pressure on sales (very refreshing). He had exceptional customer service skills, even when the hour was late. The issue was a blown capacitor. He had the part and swapped it quick. When it comes time to replace our A/C, we will definitely call this company to have a chat. I'm impressed. Keep up the great work! Highly recommend.
