Harvest Rock Realty, LLC is an established, well-respected organization, committed to providing excellent customer service to property owners, tenants and investors in the TCU and Fort Worth community.
You might have been led to believe that a property management company is only interested in filling apartment units and rental homes. Once your signature is on the paper, all the great services end. Harvest Rock Property Management is changing how property management services should serve tenants from the moment you make an inquiry about available rentals to the time when you move into your new home.
I don't know what to do about setting up utilities. Can you help? There is a utility provider sheet with contact information on our website under the Residents tab -> forms, and one will also be sent out via email to the tenants prior to move-in. The City of Fort Worth handles water and trash utility, and you can select your bin size when you setup your utility with them.
My husband and I are both enrolled at TCU. Our landlord was raising rent from $800 to $1100 which was out of our price range. Harvest Rock was quick to respond to our inquiry in addition to helping us lock down an apartment in our price range. Everything from the deposits to the move in was explained thoroughly to us and there were no hidden fees.

Hey! I’m a three year/current resident in a duplex on Frazier Ave.
My heat is broken for the fifth time in two years, and the A/C has been broken three times before.
No permanent AC/heat fix has been implemented, but the house has been painted, so one could infer there is a priority on superficial improvements, not essential ones.
Jerry the maintenance guy is fantastic, but the communication between the property owner (some dude I don’t know) and Harvest Rock (the property manager) needs some improvement.

Absolute worst renting experience I’ve had in my life, and my apartment before them literally burned to the ground. Property manager is extremely immature and unprofessional. They insisted on coming into our unit for unnecessary inspections throughout the pandemic, putting us and all other tenants at risk for COVID-19. They disregarded our many pleads to give us space because I regularly cared for my at risk grandmother and couldn’t risk the exposure. Where to start? I moved in as an international student going to TCU in fall of 2020, and I was waiting to write a review until we received our damage deposit back. I have never been so disappointed in a landlord. Melissa was horrible to work with, and was extremely unprofessional with business matters. When we had to call Melissa with questions or concerns things would often become heated because of her attitude (I think she believed we were interrupting her day) and she would hang up mid conversation and claim that she lost service. I have had nothing but great experiences since I moved in. At the time Graham was the manager and he was absolutely terrific and honest with us. He found us the perfect place and with our budget.
Melissa is our new manager now and let me tell you, I lived in a apartment complex where they changed management almost every 3 months. So I was worried maybe things would change, but she has done a fantastic job.
Any maintenance issue, immediately taken care of by Jerry. Small gifts like cards for my birthday or cookies for being a tenant really speak volumes to the type of people who run Harvest Rock

I rented with Harvest Rock from January - July 2020. I was very lucky to get the place I got in such short of time and also, the manager, Graham was rather understanding of my situation. Unfortunately, I cannot give a full five star rating due to multiple reasons such as once I moved in the place was infested with fleas, it took multiple emails to get a response for the fleas, when I moved in the the cleaning service did not do a satisfactory job (I had to do a lot of cleaning myself), there were various appliances that did not work properly (the furnace was supposed to be fixed but they worked

Harvest Rock was incredible! I rented an apartment from them for two years and I had an excellent experience. Maintience always responded and fixed what we needed within 12-24hrs no matter what. Management was also incredibly helpful, and listen to suggestions/improvements. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I love Harvest Rock! They have worked with me on anything and everything, communicate better than any apartment management I have dealt with, and are beyond personable (especially BJ!). They are very affordable for a college student and they really do take care of any need you may have. I just renewed my lease for next year!

Sadly, people only ever choose to write a review when they're upset or have something mean and negative to say. I, however am not that person. I LOVE my apartment, I LOVE Harvest Rock's Management team and will probably live in my quaint little historical gem of an apartment for a long time. They've always taken care of me and my needs and made me feel like an important member of the community. I find that all one has to do is pay rent on time and in full, take care of their space as if it were their own and be NICE to management and maintenance staff. That simple.

I have rented from Harvest Rock for the past 2 years. BJ and Tom are excellent at communicating with you, meeting your needs as far as your rental desires, and maintaining excellent, safe properties! Also, the maintenance team is always attentive and will be there to fix whatever you may need in a very timely manner. Highly recommend!
