I’d seen here on Google that Briargrove pharmacy staff were all masked, so I felt safe bringing my 12 yo in for his booster shot Friday. I wanted him to have the weekend to get over any unpleasant immune responses, and they had available Friday afternoon appointments. I called ahead to be sure they had Pfizer, and filled out their online form. When we arrived, we were greeted by an unmasked pair of people, which was the first bad sign. We walked up to the “Covid vaccines here ⬇️“ sign & were blatantly ignored by at least 5-6 unmasked staff working the pharmacy - just walking right by

I stopped in yesterday purchase an at home covid testing kit, and the cashier ignored me, answered the phone after a couple of minutes of ignoring me, and then didn't even listen to me. She rang me up for twice as many products as I wanted despite the fact that I was clear in my request AND polite and friendly to her. I even expressed gratitude bc they were the 4th place I went to trying to find a testing kit. This young woman had ZERO reaction. I'm not sure if she hates her job, but as a manager in retail, if one of my employees acted without any empathy or even friendliness, then I'd pull her

I have never had such rude customer service and this is about a pharmacy. Rarely are pharmacies particularly friendly but I was sent here specifically I started a chat to make sure my account was set up properly and with zero regard for grammar or punctuation or bedside manner, I received absolutely no help and a complete disregard for my business. It ended with this person writing in all caps at me.
Edit: I don’t usually care enough to keep this going but that response, if it is by a manager type, clearly indicates how little regard they have for their customers. All caps yelling at me is never

A sincere thanks to Sally and her team members for always implementing great customer service. Friendly staff and GREAT pharmacist. I have never had to wait for any RX to be ordered they always have everything in stock. The staff is very kind and helpful, a special thanks to Sally and Dinah, they are great and always have the answer to any question I may have. They are in a great location, full of gifts, cards, toys, clothing, and other items. I have been using them for over 10 years and never plan to use another pharmacy. Thank you Briargrove

I have been a customer at Briargrove since 2010. I live west of the city but go to Briargrove because I cannot find any other pharmacy to fill a certain prescription that my doc prescribes me.
I always look forward to my visits to Briargrove because the pharmacy staff is A+ and fills my prescriptions very quickly.
I also adore the staff that runs the gift store. Juan always has a big welcoming smile for me and I feel more like a friend than a customer. The gift store staff is always very attentive to all customer needs and very professional.

I always make it over there last minute before they close to fill my prescription and I always regret it so much! I never have time to look around at the gift store for more than a couple minutes. I absolutely love the gift store. They have the best selection of high-quality gifts like candles stationery and even children's gifts and books. they have an excellent selection of cards & stationery at decent prices. what is pleasantly surprising is that they have really good prices on a lot of their health items like contact solution. I could spend hours and way more money than I should at this place
