Jana is the best, I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she got me exactly that. She was very patient and helpful in choosing my color. Great price and very friendly place.

I go to Kristy and she is phenomenal. I have very thick hair and had very hard time finding a hairstylist that does my hair perfect everytime, until my friend told me about Kristy. I totally recommend her. Hard to find sooner appointment but worth the wait. The prices are average..they did charge me a little more last time, because I guess I am more work..but happy with the results...

I am so in love with this salon! Everyone is kind and professional. Julie, the owner, has been cutting my hair for a year and she does an amazing job! I always look forward to going for my appointments. Also, the value is great and prices are really reasonable. Even during the pandemic as they have reopened they have done a great job making the environment safe and comfortable. I would HIGHLY recommend, and I am usually hard to please and have high standards!

The staff are always very friendly and professional. It is a busy salon, with talented hair stylist and a loyal customer following. Because of many regular clients, it is difficult to just walk-in and expect to find an opening-appointment. Calling ahead is always a good idea for any fabulous salon as De Carlo’s.

All stylists are very friendly, shop is clean as a whistle, cuts, full color and foils are all offered. And Mia is phenominal!! Myself, my two sisters and my nephew all have our hair done by her!

Great atmosphere! It was open and engaging! Maggie was my stylist and she was amazing! I went in to change up my style and Maggie made great suggestions! I am so happy with the results and cant wait to go back!

I would give zero stars if possible. They ruined my beautiful long amazing hair while lightening it. My hair was literally breaking off at the salon after the treatment and they told me that happens sometimes when lightening. It continued to break off for weeks. I was forced to cut over 5 inches off my hair because it was so broken, damaged, thin, and looked terrible. Several months later I went to a different salon and they were shocked by what had happened and let me know that should not have happened. When I called the other salon to ask for a refund from the processing they left me a voice
