This refined home designed by Architect Eric Olsen invites guests to come inside and fall in love with its interior spaces. It's not every home that gets this much attention, but this one that was featured on the Newport Harbor Home Tour was hard not to love. Interior spaces lead to endless outdoor space for a family of five along with all their friends on the block to fully enjoy.

Agree. Eric has no ethics. Although I believe his wife's designs are good, you must deal with Eric only and if he doesn't believe he can get a big construction job out of you he has no interest.

JUST SAY NO!! I did not work with the plantscaping side of this company so I have no complaint with them. The hardscape/construction side of the company run by Eric Fenmore is a nightmare. Bluntly put Eric is a hack! The fountain and the sub ground watering system he sold us were both installed wrong and had to be re-worked by contractors that actually knew what they were doing. One would be better off to save some time and just burn his/her money outright then to work with this company.
Do yourself a favor, keep looking...
