We were pleased to meet with Work Grove and looked forward to their ideas and quotation, we never heard from them. They said they would have a quote within a week, but two weeks later, no quote. I followed up with an email reminder, but again no response. As a business owner, reputation is everything and one doesn't ignore potential clients. An email or call saying you're not interested in bidding is appropriate. Silence and not responding is not acceptable.

Leo and his crew were great! We reached out to a couple landscapers to re-grade our backyard. Leo's quote was very competitive, and when he stopped by for an initial assessment we really felt like he got what we were trying to do. Leo was able to come by after work to get the quote signed, and he and his crew showed up over the weekend. The crew was clean and considerate, and the yard came out looking great. We got a few quotes for the next phase when we are able to get around to it. I'd definitely use WorkGrove again!

Not sure why folks talked up Leo. Through Yelp I asked about getting some backyard landscaping and concrete work done, maybe some fencing as well. He responded and said he could make it to my house on Thursday to provide a quote, but unfortunately I was unavailable having a long commute. He said I could send pictures and get a ballpark quote before walking the job. I sent them and asked if he could make Friday (today) since I telecommute. I've sent several emails and Yelp messages to schedule something or hear back with his ballpark and received not a single response. I'm OK with someone

From the day one reaching out to Leo for Palm Tree quote to the day they completed the job, the whole process is very professional, honest and accurate .
So Leo helped us to trim all 3 neighbors palm trees and cleaned up and hauled away branches.
We definitely will do business with Leo again!

Leo was attentive from day one, always communicated promptly and well. Leo is knowledgeable, worked within our budget and he made several recommendations that we didn't even think of. His written designed plan was thorough and well organized.
Leo and his team completed an extensive landscape makeover of our back and front yard. The work was done in phases; they removed my old cracked concrete floor and installed our choice of cobblestones, built a new wooded gate/fence, a new trash bin enclosure, installed a new irrigation drip
