Our appointment book is computerized, which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come in immediately.

1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill. 2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) checks and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card. 3. When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well.

The Questionnaire is in Adobe Acrobat format, and requires the free Acrobat Reader to view. We had an issue with our dog and the vet stayed overnight at the clinic with my dog!

Excellent service all the way around. Our cat was scratching like crazy and the veterinarian quickly diagnosed not only an ear infection but a possible allergy to his food. He is doing much better and after slowly switching his food all of the scratching has stopped. We will definitely bring him back.

We absolutely love Dr. Palmer! She has cared for many of my colony cats, and treats each one with such care. We drive out of the way to continue to use her, and I’ve never had a problem getting in to see her. The staff is great, and very responsive with calls and questions. Hands down the best vet we have ever encountered, and I recommend her to everyone.

Absolutely the best vet and staff I’ve ever had!! Staff are kind, friendly, and very caring. Dr. Parmer is professional and personable and truly cares for each animal she treats. She is thorough and very knowledgeable. Excellent communication with pet owners. Will spend all the time necessary to make sure pet owners are informed about pet’s condition and care. A very happy and uplifting office environment.

They are the nicest people & best vet we have ever been to. They always figure out what’s going on with my pup and get her issues resolved. Not only do they take tremendous care of my pup, Brodie, but they also took tremendous care of me when I was crying over Brodie’s little procedure. I asked them to pray before the “procedure” & they said they always do. So caring to both of us. Bring your pets there. They do a fantastic job both taking care of you and your pet, even when you’re a crazy dog mom like me :)! Thank y’all!!!
