We’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences with Canton Animal Clinic. The team has always been helpful, courteous and literally life-saving for our dog. They always go above and beyond, reaching out to us after appointments to make sure our dog is still doing alright. We need more people like the staff here in the world. Thank you all again!

Absolutely horrid place. Our 9 year old Golden was diagnosed with cancer and late at night, he had a seizure. We called since we only live about 7 minutes away and were told that since “he hasn’t been seen there within 6 months there was nothing they could do”. Exactly 1 month and 1 week after we lost Duke, our 7 year old English bulldog got hit in the road. We called and they told us to head their way. We were approximately 4 minutes away when this VERY RUDE, HORRIBLE woman calls and says that they could not see our dog because of covid. I explained that he was dying and needed help. She

Decided they did not want to see my dog because we haven’t been there in a year and had to go to a different vet to get her a shot because they weren’t able to get her in, in a timely manner. Will take my business elsewhere. Should learn to do their job and actually CARE for animals.

This place is not professional or responsible for anything. If you aren’t a patient there they won’t help you in any circumstances if your animal is severely sick or dying. They are a joke.

I would give them 0 stars if possible. After being a customer for 5 years (and gladly taking my money) they refused to see my dog after he got into porcupine quills because he had not been there in the past year for an annual wellness check (you know ... during a global pandemic). Absolutely no compassion for animals or their owners. This place is greedy, lacks ethics, and shouldn't be taking care of animals. I will never return to this place, and I wouldn't encourage anyone that loves their pet to visit this clinic. It is run based on greed, and lacks empathy, ethics, or any moral compass.

Dr. Thompson and her staff gave wonderful care to my beloved pitbull Lucky for more than nine years of his life. I was touched by how well they know the pets that come to them as family over time. This never became more evident than when that time came that we had to make the decision to end Lucky's time with us and allow him to cross the Rainbow Bridge rather than suffer effects from cancer. Dr. Thompson and her staff....especially Technician Karen made one of the most difficult days of our lives dignified and done with great compassion. What we did not expect after that difficult day was the

I called to ask a question because I wanted a second opinion because I was second guessing what my vet was doing for my dog. The woman who answered the phone, who was just a receptionist mind you. She knew more about the issue I was having than my actual vet I had already brought him(my dog) to! She was very helpful, professional, informative and most importantly RESPECTFUL. I am bringing my animals to Canton clinic from now on. I have been thinking maybe my dog would still be alive if I would have brought him there.
(RIP Meegs. We love you)
