They have always been great and I understand that they are short staffed, but I had a dog with a huge infection and they put us on a call list. 4 days later I called back and told them again how bad the infection was
and I felt that this was unfair. They saw us that afternoon and our pet is on antibiotics and pain meds. I so appreciate their situation however our dog was in pain for days that should not have happened. They need to have more time for emergencies.

My dog was crying in pain and I called to see if they could see him. Whoever answered the phone said we're booked 2 weeks out every location, take him to Syracuse. I said that's ridiculous! The response I got was well we're short on staff and they hung up. Very rude and unprofessional! I called Bridgeport and they got my dog right in and checked him over and gave him some meds for his pain. I switched him over right then. Its sad when you've had town and country for years but suddenly after they've expanded, they can't get you in for emergencies. I think they have bitten off more than they can

We are very pleased with this office for neutering and taking great care of our bunny! Not an exotics office, but the vet was very straight-forward about what she can and cannot do for rabbits. This will be a great office for our buns and pets, in addition to our exotic vet that’s a bit further out. We will be back for a bunny spay soon!

9/28/20: I reluctantly returned to this vet after what happened to my family in August. See below*. Charlie (left) & I arrived for his appointment 5 minutes early & checked in. We waited an hour in the parking lot without being called back, so we left. Still (24 hours later) I haven't been contacted.
*8/16/20 (Sunday morning): Our 3 year old dog Maggie had gotten sick the night before. We called 1st thing in the morning and explained it was an emergency (bloody diarrhea; lethargic). The person we spoke with said there was nothing they could do so they advised us to call a vet 2 hours away. About
