BConnect came highly recommended to us by a friend. As a US Resident one has to to file taxes (even though I have no income in USA) and do FBAR and FATCA paper work. There are severe civil and criminal penalties for not doing this. We contacted BConnect and she was very responsive and her services were very professional, we were asked to provide all the relevant documents and given plenty opportunity to verify our tax returns and paper work prior to filing.

I used their service 4-5 years ago to file my taxes for the first time. Needless to say, I provided them with my bank information so the refund could be credited directly to my account. Fast forward to 15th July, 2020, I called them to discuss my tax returns after I provided my W2 to them and the returns they promised were barely anything. I ended up filing my taxes through H&R and got way more refund than what these guys offered. To add to this, they even deducted $280 fees from my bank account (they had this information as I had filed my taxes through them before) without me giving them any prior
