All of the staff were super friendly and informative. To the lady on the phone to both pharmacists I spoke to inside, they were all super knowledgeable and didn’t make me feel dumb for asking several questions. I had never been there so had a lot. If you need a compounding pharmacy I would definitely recommend this place. Super helpful and very nice people!

My very first time there to drop off prescriptions, the staff was completely rude. I offered a coupon my OB/GYN gave me and was told, bluntly, "We don't take that." Then she asked, "Do you have any questions for me?" Of course I didn't, I didn't know what to ask, being the first time I'd ever been to a compounding pharmacy! I called later to ask the price of my prescriptions and was told, "You aren't in the system, so I can't help you." Dang! They came highly rated from my doctor. The pharmacist may likely be very good but his help are rude, arrogant B******!"

I have to agree with Kelsey that these people don't lift a finger to help you. The rudest people I've seen. I was there right at 9am (which is when they open). the door was locked and there were 2 people inside. They looked at me and didn't say a word, didn't open the door, didn't even give me "I'll get to you as soon as I can look". I waited for 5 mins standing outside while these people conveniently ignored me. Very very rude!
