I cannot say enough great things about Ms. Rosie and her loving staff family at Once Upon a Daycare and Preschool! There is so much thought and planning that goes into the interest of the kids, from meal selection to daily/special activities.

I was employee with this center for a short time. It was nice for the first but than you find out the true on people especially the boss was a terrible person. Do not send your child or children there. The employees will di the best to help your child and love them and watch them grow. Don't trust Rosie and she will treat like garbage. She has no reason to stay in business.

My daughters went here for a little over a month and had to be pulled out due to the way they were treated. Beware of Rosie. She has screamed in my mother in laws face and treated my children horribly
My girlfriend took both of our children out due to your “hands on” approach with my step daughter. They started going in the end of 2020 so check your facts lady before ignorantly posting. You’ve never spoken to me. My girlfriend handled all of the daycare.there has never been legal steps by you and our payments were made weekly. You just don’t know how to run a business especially not one

The director is the worst I have seen BY FAR! She is horrible to staff, to children and to parents. I wouldn’t recommend this daycare to ANYBODY. She doesn’t deserve the good credit she gets. She doesn't know how to control herself! I wish I could rate 0 stars! Horrible!! Since she decided to add to it! You’re a horrible facilitator! Your staff can hardly stand you, your students can barley stand you! You’re horrible! You yell and spit in both you parents AND students faces! Your center should be shut down! You can’t even get it up to five stars because of how your facility is ran!! So

Worst experience I've ever had working at an "establishment". Rosie does not have the first clue about running a business let alone a daycare. She is horrible to her staff and runs this business poorly. Truly wish I could give a 0 star rating. I want to warn everyone DO NOT WORK HERE. She will end up finding a reason to wrongfully fire you and then you'll be SOL. I wouldn't take my children there either, so much staff rotating in and out is not good for the children.

Both of my children attended this daycare approximately 3 years ago. I only left my children with you for 2 days. You continued to charge title 20 for a full month, although we only attended 2 half days, so you most definitely do have record! I got a notification alert that you are just now replying to my review, so I am making a few extra minutes out of my very busy schedule to update my review to warn other parents about your facility. I am very sadened to see it is still up and running. Both of my children, then ages 6 & 8, were traumatized by your lack of empathy and care for them and to this

The 1st and only daycare my children have ever been in. I have been blessed to have been hired to work at Once upon a daycare. My children are loved and very well taken care of. I was very skeptical and afraid of daycares before meeting Rosie and all of her employees. I am so blessed to be a part of this facility. My son absolutely loves it. My daughter has separation anxiety & they go above and beyond to make her feel safe and work through her anxiety. 5 stars from me.

Love love love this place. The staff is well qualified and loving to all the children who go there. Currently my family and extended family have a total of 6 children attending. We have children in the before and after school program as well as full time daycare, part time day care and preschool. Having children in all different classrooms gives us a rare opportunity to get to know all of the teachers.

I cannot say enough great things about Ms.Rosie and her loving staff family at Once Upon a Daycare and Preschool! There is so much thought and planning that goes into the interest of the kids, from meal selection to daily/special activities. Ms. Rosie keeps her families informed providing chat articles, social media updates and not to forget the special family dinners throughout the year (yum) keeping families familiar and sharing time with our kids where, let’s face it, spend most of their waking hours. I’m so blessed that my husband found this special daycare/preschool a couple years ago
