Max was prompt to respond and scheduled an inspection very quickly. He was extremely thorough and communicated any issues with the house clearly and sent the official report within the day. He was kind enough to walk me through the locations of various HVAC components and offered advice on upkeep that I would not have known. A great guy and a great inspector!!!

Max was very professional & responsive! With how the housing market has been, we would reach out to Max to ensure he was available if we went under contract to do the inspection at the beginning of the option period. He was very flexible and ready to do the inspection immediately!

Max was very professional. He was very thorough with his inspection and also explain to me what he was looking for and why. He told me what to look out for and how to recognize any issues with my home. Prior to his inspection, I saw a few things that I wanted noted in the inspection but when he arrived he was able to find issues I didn't see at all. The inspection overall went well and I was very happy I used him. He submitted the report the same day so there was no delay. I had a very positive experience with him and I would use him again and recommend him to others.

Max was tremendously intentional and made me feel like he was inspecting his own home. I agree with the rest of the reviews when they mentioned that he is thorough and prompt on his services. As a new building owner, he made this experience feel very comfortable and trust worthy which goes a long way with me in this day and age when thats hard to find in local and big businesses in whatever industry.

I hired Max Henson for an inspection on two homes I was looking to purchase. One was a 2 year old home and the other was a new construction. He was extremely thorough and I could tell he takes pride in his work. He paid close attention to detail and walked me through every finding on the report. He really made sure I understood things before moving on to the next line items and answered any questions I had. Max was quick to respond to our requests and showed up on the day requested. He identified a few issues and then called me to explain them. We had the report in writing the same day and were able to have it in hand during our walk through with the builder. I would recommend his services and if I ever have a need will use him again myself.
