Grant came out on short notice because our option period was closing and we needed the report quickly to evaluate the deal. Not only did we receive the report in an extremely timely manner and before the option period expired, but it was incredibly thorough and detailed! We are real estate investors and Grant took the time to point out a couple of the issues he found during the appointment and offered suggestions of options on how they might be resolved. We’ve probably had 10-20 inspections in the past couple of years, and Grant really set himself and NationSpec above the class with his professionalism

Joe performed a warranty inspection on my house in November 2020 and was super helpful. As a nervous, over-analytical first-time buyer, I was concerned about my new home. I was very pleased that he was happy to answer any question or explain what he does even if it seems like a dumb question. He's very thorough and knows what he's talking about. Joe Bates from NationSpec Home Inspections did home inspection for my home. I was thoroughly impressed with Joe’s work ethic and knowledge on home construction. I am thankful to NationSpec and the inspector Joe who had done three stage inspection of my house which was built.
There were no major issues found in the house construction, however, knowing that there are no issues stated by reputed inspector is peace of mind.
The inspector is thorough and having deep knowledge about building codes. Also he shared knowledge about what to expect and what not.
The reports were generated very quick after the inspection, so that the construction team can act on those topics.

I had NationSpec come out to my house and do an inspection prior to my new home warranty expiring. The attention to detail was tremendous and the report was so self-explanatory that all I had to do was merely submit it to the builder and they fixed everything in the report. This gave me a great deal of comfort. I would highly recommend NationSpec and in fact have referred them to many friends.
