Our team serves individuals and businesses in both central Iowa and across the nation. We offer full-service representation in a wide range of legal matters, including real estate, estate planning, probate, family law, business law and general litigation. Jim Gocke is a founding member of the firm. Practicing primarily in commercial real estate, small business law and estate planning, Jim serves clients from around the country. Jim has assisted numerous clients in complex real estate matters, tax-deferred exchanges, government approval for development and Tenant in Common ownership of real estate.
Laura's passion for helping people shows in her areas of practice; she brings a caring nature and proven experience to guide clients through difficult issues in the most favorable way possible. She knows how hard it can be to experience unrest and wants to help make sorting through it as painless as possible.
William is dedicated to helping clients through some of the most difficult issues they may face in their lives. He brings a thoughtful and client oriented approach to ensure that he meets their needs. William is the Senior Associate at Lamberti, Gocke & Luetje. He maintains an active general practice with a focus in civil litigation, criminal defense, family law, estate planning, probate, real estate law, and business formation and business law.
Brianna is an associate attorney and devoted advocate, dedicated to providing practical, result-driven guidance to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients to succeed, while also making the client her top priority, and listening to every challenge they are facing. Brianna works collaboratively with senior members of the firm to help guide each client through the legal process and ensure they feel completely comfortable and informed.

I can't say enough good things about Lamberti, Gocke and Luetje, and specifically Willam Strong. I know one of the biggest challenges with needing an attorney is their responsiveness--In the past 1.5 years of working with him for our business, this is one of the things we appreciate the most. As my father’s power of attorney and executor of his estate, I took my father to this law firm, specifically Laura Luetje, to create a new Will following the passing on my mother. Laura listened to his desires and crafted a new Will to accomplish his objectives. Several years later my father passed and I once again met with Laura to handle the probate. This was a very emotional time for me and Laura was not only professional, but demonstrated a level of compassion throughout the process that enabled me to meet my obligations as the executor of the estate, as well as Trustee for a Trust created
