DVA Carpet cleaning guys were nice but when it came to carpet cleaning they really under performed. Maybe it was the speed at which they were rushing through the carpets but after the carpets were cleaned, I used my battery powered Dyson and picked up cups full of dirt from the carpet. How can this be? The picture of the dirt in my vacuum is only 1 of the 4 bedrooms they did. Now this is the in-laws house so I don’t ever vacuum their house but I am temporarily staying there right now and had this done as a favor for them.

I called DVA carpet cleaning after my pup went to the bathroom in our spare bedroom. We could not detect it even after cleaning it with the store bought cleaner for pet urine. Still smelled horribly. It took just a few minutes to arrange a date and time. I forgot his name already but he was very flexible. He arrived on time and brought a light that detected pet urine. He located it and did the job. As a pet owner, I am definitely going to call again for cleanings a few times a year.

Dennis with DVA carpet cleaned our 2 bedroom home with 2 chairs and ottoman this morning. He arrived on time, was very thorough and did a fantastic job. Paid attention to detail to bad stains and what not. Will also helpful the carpets dried quickly too. Highly recommend him and will definitely have him back soon to clean our sofa/love seat.

My favorite carpet cleaning company. Customer service is excellent. He left the place so clean. I have recommended DVA to friends and they all come call me back thanking me.
