Russ, I can not thank you enough and say enough about you and Walbert Funeral Home. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt loved and so comfortable! I felt like family, and I’m absolutely sure, my… siblings and the rest of my family felt the same. You are a very special person and are definitely an asset to the community, and to the business! Thank you, Alicia, your family and staff so very much for taking such good care of my Mom, and my family! I just can’t say enough! Much love, Cindy (Lafferty) Surran.

Russ and his entire staff were exactly what our family needed during the loss of our Dada. The love, kindness, compassion, respect, dignity and even humor were much appreciated by our entire family. Thank you for everything you did to make this just a bit easier.

In the midst of one of the worst times in my family's life, the Walberts treated us all with an unheard of compassion and humanity. Russ and his family helped us navigate through all of the necessary decisions with relative ease. They made us feel as if we were all part of their family. From the first moment to the last, it was a respectful, healing environment and we are forever grateful to Russ, Alicia, and Pastor Dad for easing our pain and treating all of our loved ones with genuine decency. Our many thanks.
